This was a wonderful place to celebrate Thanksgiving with family. The kitchen was very well equipped so that we were able to cook our entire traditional family meal. We also made use of the grill outside. It has an amazing family/dining/kitchen area where we could all socialize. It was close to restaurants and shopping. The hosts were extremely responsive. The house was very clean and the beds were comfortable. They even have a basket of games and puzzles for all ages. It was perfect for our needs and we will definitely be back! Thank you for hosting us!

Family holiday vacation

Nice property, convenient location, worked well for our group… but for what we paid, I expected a bit more. I immediately put the bathroom rugs in the wash when we arrived as they were dirty. The pillows were all the inexpensive uncomfortable ones. The furniture is all a bit tired and some walls need touch ups. It is not appointed with any coffee, tea, enough toiletries or toilet paper. No welcome basket with snacks. We had my older parents with us and there is a significant flight of stairs to get to the first floor bedrooms. Going the extra mile would have made a world of difference in my impression and satisfaction for what I paid.

Great house for a large family!

We had our family come in for a wedding and we all stayed comfortably in this house. It was clean, well appointed and the communication was great! We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others. Thank you for making our visit memorable.

Beautiful Stay for Bachelorette

We had a wonderful stay here with a party of 9 for a weekend bachelorette. The house is beautiful with plenty of space for everyone. The 4 bathrooms were definitely a plus and the location was close enough to walk downtown while feeling very safe. A coffee machine is provided but not coffee so make sure to bring your own. Overall, I very highly recommend.

Birthday Celebration

Perfect for our group and location. The house was very well maintained and the support staff was spot on. Eight adults (four couples) for three days, perfect location for River Street / Congress Street attractions. Zero complaints at all.

Lovely house with a few easily resolvable issues

The house is beautiful and we all had a nice stay. However, there were some issues that were noticeable enough. The downstairs air conditioner was simply not working which explained why it was so hot downstairs compared to the rest of the house. At first we noticed the batteries in the monitor were missing so I bought new ones to replace them. But it still didn’t work. The oven also seemed to not generate enough heat to bake anything properly. The kitchen wasn’t well stocked. There were like 5 spoons altogether, not enough garbage bags, no dishwashing detergent, no laundry detergent, no tinfoil, saran wrap, etc etc. I ended up buying all of these materials for the house. All of this combined just felt like a lack of care to the guest experience, especially given such an expensive stay. But it makes sense because the house seems to be owned by a larger company that rents houses out for short-term stays, so it’s obvious there is no one regularly checking on these things. To be fair, someone did stay in touch with me throughout the stay to check on us and if we needed anything. However, by the time I reported the problems, it was too late to do anything about it. I would suggest more care and attention to the smaller touches. Though small, attention to detail significantly enhances the guest experience.

Perfect stay for a large group

Had about 9 guys stay here for a bachelor party and it was perfect for what we needed it for. Good location that’s close to River St and it worked perfectly for what we needed. Had all the amenities we needed and we had a great time.

Wonderful for girls trip!

Couldn’t have asked for a better stay!!! Came here with 8 girl friends and we all couldn’t get over how lovely the property was. Perfect location for walking - would definitely recommend!!!

My only complaint is the parking. We had 7 people with luggage so we needed two vehicles. So we had to park on the street for $12 a day, which is not bad, but also on certain days we needed to move and park somewhere else because of early morning street sweeping. So a place that offers accommodations for 10 people should have some arrangements for parking two vehicles. Otherwise everything was fantastic. Great stay.

Savannah Sweet Spot

This house was a sweet spot to land when not out and about. And also a sweet spot in proximity to all of historic Savannah. We walked everywhere except an U er to Bonaventure Cemetery. Plenty of room and amenities for our family of 6. Highly recommend.

Great trip with dear college girlfriends!

Spacious; very well located. Walk to everything! 3 1/2 baths were great for 9 women. Lots of windows! The description of the property was very detailed so I can’t complain that I wasn’t warned, but one bath and one hand towel per guest and ONE towel for the kitchen doesn’t make sense. You’re really forced into doing a load of laundry for even a couple day trip. And there was no liquid hand soap in any of the bathrooms and very little in the way of paper products. Good news is it’s easy to walk to CVS or order via Instacart. We did enjoy a day on Tybee Island. Stopped by the pool club we had access to. Surprised there were no towels. The beach there is beautiful though. All of this was pretty minor. We’d go back to that home in a heartbeat. Thank you!!

Wonderful Time in Savannah

We had an amazing stay with Southern Belle Vacation Rentals! The house was beautiful and perfect for our large group for a girls' weekend. The location was perfect and easy walking distance to everything going on in Savannah. We would definitely stay here again the future and are looking forward to our next visit!

Great house, great location!

This house is beautifully decorated. We were just a few blocks away from the riverwalk attractions and we could walk everywhere. Home was clean and everything was as advertised. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking to spend some time in Savannah.

Bachelorette party!

This house was the cutest house and very spacious!! We were there in July and luckily the ac in the house worked well with it being so hot in Savannah. It is in a perfect location, walkable to many restaurants and bars on river street!! The agency is communicates well during your stay, so if you need anything they will help you!
