Perfect location for everything. Located on Franklin Square within walking distance, to coffee shops, restaurants, shopping, live music, bars and late night snacks. Perfect for my family.

Bachelorette Trip

The was slight damage to the wall beside the stairs and a cut on one of the chairs when we checked in but overall very accurate to the listing. The apartment was clean and easy to access while still being secure. Everywhere we wanted to go was within a 10-15 minute walk. We would absolutely go back!! The only night we heard a lot of noise from the downstairs bar was Saturday. Overall 4.5/5 experience.

Superb location

This place has everything you need. Most importantly this location is exceptional. Yes, it is above a bar that can be noisy but it didn't effect our sleep at all. Two king beds was perfect (and comfortable) for us and the bathroom was what it needed to be. GREAT added 1/2 bath. We weren't in this space often as we were out exploring, but when we were in the space we felt comfortable. The kitchen is very minimally stocked (for example, only 2 wine glasses) but since we ate out all meals it was ok. I would for sure stay here again!

Noisy Place with some issues

Convenient location but with some drawbacks. NOISY - First, this is right next to several bars. The bar noise itself wasn't loud but the noise from the alley & street was. So, be aware if you're looking for a super quiet place, this isn't it. They do provide white noise machines which does help some. SECURITY - On Saturday night, this is a hopping bar area. The street level gate doesn't lock so anyone can walk up the stairs. You walk through a lot of partiers to get here and the Door Dash driver called and said she wouldn't come down this street so we had to meet her around the corner. We were followed up the stairs after getting our food by some drunk/high people hoping to get some food. There is a locked door at the top of the stairs which were were quickly able to shut to keep them out. But, a little unnerving. BUGS - This is a pretty comfortable place, however, the kitchen was overrun by roaches which we discovered when walking in at night. EEK. We'd definitely pass on booking again.

St Patrick's trip with friends

The condo was right downtown city market above social club. So convenient to downtown. We parked on the street and didn't move the car until we left. Parking is $24 a day so be sure to plan for that when staying at this unit. There is no "free" parking. The condo had windows looking down on the alley way which included some interesting activity at times. It was nice to open the windows on pretty days and let the air in. You do hear the bar downstairs but thankfully the sound machine in the bedroom was helpful. If you are staying here with family I would recommend a more quiet area. It was nice for friends bc we could travel downstairs to go to a bar or walk around town. The unit was clean and very nice. Loved the exposed brick. It took a bit to figure out who to contact when we needed answers since we booked thru vrbo but had to contact vacasa to get responses about the unit. That was the only frustrating thing. The door lock was funny and the key was sticking at times but had to figure it out at times. Don't try to take a shower in the evenings bc the water pressure sometimes stopped while showering which I assume is from the bars and other units using the water/flushing toilet etc. Take a shower in the morning if you do. The water pressure was great in the mornings.
