The home is beautiful. Clean, well-stocked and really comfortable. Mattresses and pillows were better than many hotels I’ve stayed in. Easy walking distance to Forsyth Park.

Nice Home, But Lack of Parking Accessibility

The actual home is beautiful and was very clean. However, part of the reason we booked this property was the ease of having a private parking spot. Upon arrival, the gate opener was not in the home as described in pre-check-in instructions. Without that, we were unable to pull in and out of the private parking space behind the home. After quite a few phone calls throughout the weekend, the property management company did not provide a solution. They did not contact me after promising to do so throughout our three day stay. I had to track them down each time, two phone calls a day, with no solution other than to park on the street. We were left to our own to secure parking. We were able to get in the parking space thanks to a nice neighbor, but were not able to freely get in and out. As mentioned, the home is beautiful and in a great location but due to lack of secure parking (as initially promised in the booking) and poor communication/no solution from the property management group, I would not recommend booking through them.

Extended Family Getaway

I rented this Savannah property for a holiday weekend for my four children and my inlaws. The property was gorgeous and exactly as described. The park is walking distance for little ones and the historic waterfront is an easy walk for adults or a 5 min uber ride.One thing I did not consider because I live in a single story home is a baby gate for the stairs. Our toddler is fast and sneaky and took a tumble down them on our last day. So for kids under 5 or ones not used to stairs- that is a consideration.Otherwise 100% would recommend to others and would stay again!

Fantastic location and house

This property was perfect for our family of three to enjoy Savannah. It is wonderfully located in the historic district and right across from Kroger. The property was clean and the rental company Lucky was excellent to work with. The only thing I would recommend is some new furniture in the living room. It is quite worn and not very comfortable. Otherwise, everything was fantastic. Highly recommend!

Beautiful house super convenient location!

House was perfect - super clean, nice touches, and nicely decorated. The location is amazing - you can walk to so many parks and a beautiful walk through town if you are trying to get river street. Would absolutely recommend!

Girls Trip

This home was perfect! There was more than enough space for the 7 of us. The home was even bigger than the photos make it look. Location was great - coffee place and grocery store directly across the street. Forsyth park was a 10 min walk and River Street was about a 30 min walk. The only minor issues were the kitchen sink had trouble draining and we were given the wrong check in code for the lockbox so I had to call the office but was given a new code right away so it was resolved quickly. Definitely would stay here again!

Not what expected

It was not clean in general. The tiles in the bathroom were dirty. Marble countertops were not taken care of. We also saw cockroaches on the lower level. 😕 The location was great. The neighbors were very nice.

Savannah Spring Break

My family of 7 thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The home was lovely, spacious, and very centrally located. There were only a few minor things that I feel like could have made it even better. There were some broken blinds in the rooms that we had to improvise with covering the window with a comforter for privacy . The kitchen was missing a few items, such as only one dish towel, no large pasta strainer, no trivets, or Tupperware for left overs. Other than these few somewhat minor things, I would definitely recommend this home for families. We will most likely be returning for another stay here somewhere in the future.

Great location, only 5 minute walk to Forsyth Park. I think the home furnishings are a little worn. King bed and queen bed very uncomfortable. Floor was petty dirty, our 2 year old was walking around with no socks and his feet were filthy. Those with socks were dirty as well.

Beautiful Place!

I stayed here with my bridesmaids the nights leading up to my wedding and it was the perfect space for us. The bunkbeds were so useful! The main living space and master bedroom were perfect for the morning of the wedding photos. Perfect location! Would definitely love to stay here again :)

Great location, within walking distance to several sites! House was lovely and the beds were comfortable! Check in process was lovely. I was updated daily by the rental company if something was wrong. Great communication.

Long weekend getaway

Location was in a great neighborhood. Near SCAD and Forsyth Park. Kroger across the street. Bonus was a Mate / coffee shop on the corner. New construction with old style feel. Hardwood floors, great high ceilings and modern full size baths and kitchen. Off street private parking too.

Awesome VRBO!

We had a fantastic experience in Savannah! The VRBO was centrally located, and we walked almost everywhere. The area felt safe, and there was a great coffee shop across the street. The host was extremely easy to communicate with, and they stored our bags for us when we checked out. The house was clean and beautifully renovated. We would all love to stay here again in the future. Highly recommend! Thanks for a great stay

Great location, charming southern home

Super location just near the city park, short walk to the river side downtown and grocery store nearby. Very well stocked with kitchen supplies and daily comforts.
