We loved this property. It was our annual girls trip and we wanted a different experience from hotels. The property is exactly as its listed. The host were fabulous and had a coffee & tea area set for us to make our first morning coffee. We had coffee in the garden every morning. We walked alot and never felt unsafe in the neighborhood. We highly recommend this property and are already discussing another possible trip.

Historic Savannah Beauty

What a wonderful stay. I had mentioned that we were traveling for my wifes birthday. When we checked in, there was a beautiful bouquet of flowers, a gift bag and a Happy Birthday banner for her.Touches like this put the hosts over the top!The house is well over 100 years old and is wonderful. It's like stepping back in time... but with air-conditioning.. which is important during the summer in Savannah!10 out of 10 would stay here again if we are back in Savannah.

Graduation weekend in Savannah

Carmen and Jon's home was the perfect retreat for graduation weekend. Ideally located within walking distance to parks and a grocery store, it made getting around a breeze. The two reserved parking spots in the lot behind the house were an unexpected gem. Inside, the space was spacious, comfortable, and immediately welcoming. Carmen provided clear, detailed instructions with helpful photos, making check-in a breeze. When the air conditioning stopped working on our first night, Jon came by first thing the next morning to repair it and even followed up later to ensure everything was cool and comfortable. We truly appreciated their attentiveness and hospitality. Highly recommend staying here when visiting Savannah!

Hosts were quick to respond to any questions & recommendation requests. Designated parking was great.Easy walk to Forsyth Park & free trolleystop.Con: not recommended for anyone with mobility issues.

The location was perfect. The communication with the host exceeds the number of stars I am allowed to give. On the day of arrival Carmen sent detailed info including pictures of exactly where to park and the entry gate so there was no question or confusion as to where to go. We were welcomed with fresh flowers and a personalized chalk sign welcoming us and included all the names of the 5 guests. They provided plenty of towels, pillows, and blankets and the house was spotless. Would stay there again in a heartbeat!

Four generations exploring Savannah

Home is beautiful. Designed to perfection with all of the amenities. Close to downtown. Easy parking and entry. Highly recommend booking this place. Host was easy to communicate with and answered questions promptly.

Beautiful historic townhouse

This beautiful historic townhouse was filled with amenities. I especially enjoyed all the books about Savannah and novels featuring it. The house is furnished with period pieces. It features two free parking spots in the rear of the house. I wish I was there in the summer to enjoy the beautiful outdoor seating area filled with many plants. I had a wonderful time on my first visit to Savannah. I thoroughly recommend this place! The communication with owners was clear and concise, especially when directing me to the house. It was much appreciated. I was greeted by a basket of chocolates and some water bottles, and a welcome sign, listing mine and my friend‘s name. How thoughtful!

5 Stars – A Truly Magical Stay in Savannah!

Our stay at this beautiful VRBO in Savannah was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The home itself was stunning—immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, and so comfortable. You can tell the hosts put a lot of care into every detail. The location couldn’t have been better—right in the heart of everything, yet peaceful and relaxing.What made this trip truly unforgettable was the way the hosts went above and beyond to make my daughter’s birthday extra special. They decorated the space just for her and even left a thoughtful gift, which brought tears to our eyes. That level of kindness and attention is rare and so deeply appreciated.We made memories we’ll treasure forever and can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Savannah!

An amazing home with impeccable decor

I stayed at this home with coworkers for the Antiques Roadshow and it was beyond perfect. The host was super communicative and friendly. It seems like they anticipated any question a guest could have and had answers waiting. The hole was beautifully decorated and fully stocked. All in all it made for an amazing stay. We will definitely be back and stay longer.

Beautiful location, so comfortable!

We loved the property, with its walled in patio. The location was close enough to the river to make the more touristy areas easily accessible, but far enough away to avoid the crowds. Forsyth park is a short was away, and we enjoyed several leisurely strolls there. The owners were a pleasure to work with.

Beautiful Historic Home Close to Forsyth Park

Absolutely beautifully decorated home. Exactly as pictured. Fresh flowers in all the rooms. Welcoming basket of goodies awaited our arrival. This house was located close enough to walk the entire historic district. Two parking spots was a great bonus. Great places to eat just a couple minutes walk away. Would highly recommend this property and these owners!

The most perfect weekend!

We had the best weekend! Every detail is so well thought out and so intentional in ensuring the guest has the most relaxing and easy weekend. Fresh flowers in each room, the sweetest welcome, every opportunity to make the guest feel at home. There is no where else we will stay when visiting Savannah, thank you to Carmen and Jon for sharing their beautiful home with us, we can’t wait to be back!

Pretty Place and Nice Owners

Loved the location, roominess and attention to detail. There were fresh flowers in every room and lots of towels, etc. The owners are very responsive and friendly. The beds are comfortable as well. The only thing I’d address is the dusty vents. I would stay here again.

Roomy, quaint with attentive hosts.

From a well appointed kitchen equipped with cookware, utensils and appliances to a hands- on demo/walk-thru of the tv, both Carmen and Jon made our 3 week escape from Chicago a joy. The house is large, warm, sunny, and close to everything'for which Savannah is best noted.We are happy to have met them and their loverly property.

Perfect Stay

This place was definitely a GEM! I’m not sure what we enjoyed more…. The home or the home owners! I forgot what it’s like to book with actually owners! We came for my daughter 14th birthday! We were welcomed with birthday balloon, banner and decorations!! A very special touch! Great communication and directions to property! Also provided us with information on things to not miss in Savannah! Will definitely be back to this Gem!!
