Good Location. Great Hosts. Beautiful House. Loved "off-street included parking." The house was "very Savannah" which was exactly what we were looking for. It's an old historic row-house, so expect some areas that need attention, but that comes with an old historic house. We found it very charming. Just one thing...we're big southern boys, so all the toilets were way too small...but even that is now a funny memory.

The property was easy to access. We really appreciated the off street parking! The kitchen was clean and well stocked and Carmen’s personalized welcome much appreciated. The furniture was comfortable as were the beds. We appreciated the period decor and the charming neighborhood. Carmen was attentive with tips on getting around. There was a Veterans Day parade in the area the day we left and Carmen offered to provide turn by turn directions if needed by street closures. Would definitely stay there again!

What a charming and wonderful experience this was! We came to Savannah for my daughter's 16th birthday, and she really wanted to stay in a home with history. This home is inviting, comfortable, and filled with beautiful antiques. The owners, Carmen and Jon, arranged a special birthday surprise and even picked up a cake I had preordered and arranged it beautifully with other decorations. The home was filled with fresh flowers and was within a 20-minute walk to many sights and parks in the area. We felt safe in the neighborhood, and the private parking was a big bonus. Thanks, Carmen and Jon, for making this such a special trip!

We loved this property. It was our annual girls trip and we wanted a different experience from hotels. The property is exactly as its listed. The host were fabulous and had a coffee & tea area set for us to make our first morning coffee. We had coffee in the garden every morning. We walked alot and never felt unsafe in the neighborhood. We highly recommend this property and are already discussing another possible trip.

Historic Savannah Beauty

What a wonderful stay. I had mentioned that we were traveling for my wifes birthday. When we checked in, there was a beautiful bouquet of flowers, a gift bag and a Happy Birthday banner for her.Touches like this put the hosts over the top!The house is well over 100 years old and is wonderful. It's like stepping back in time... but with air-conditioning.. which is important during the summer in Savannah!10 out of 10 would stay here again if we are back in Savannah.

Graduation weekend in Savannah

Carmen and Jon's home was the perfect retreat for graduation weekend. Ideally located within walking distance to parks and a grocery store, it made getting around a breeze. The two reserved parking spots in the lot behind the house were an unexpected gem. Inside, the space was spacious, comfortable, and immediately welcoming. Carmen provided clear, detailed instructions with helpful photos, making check-in a breeze. When the air conditioning stopped working on our first night, Jon came by first thing the next morning to repair it and even followed up later to ensure everything was cool and comfortable. We truly appreciated their attentiveness and hospitality. Highly recommend staying here when visiting Savannah!

Hosts were quick to respond to any questions & recommendation requests. Designated parking was great.Easy walk to Forsyth Park & free trolleystop.Con: not recommended for anyone with mobility issues.
