Our host was very welcoming from the time we made our reservations. I felt I could easily reach out to him with questions and he responded very quickly. We love this condo. We had excellent views of the ocean and the surrounding area. The condo was supremely clean and had everything that we needed for a very enjoyable few days on Tybee Island. We would love to return and enjoy some more relaxing quiet days listening to the ocean waves.

Third floor corner deck was one of the highlights. Beautiful sun rises, dolphins, and large cargo ships passing made the deck a favorite spot. Room was clean and perfect for our visit.

Really enjoyed our stay as others have mentioned. The unit has multiple updates. Everything was in working order. Very nice unit and nice selection of beach chairs. Sheets, matteress and towels were somewhat worn. Supply of toilet paper and trash bags was poor at 1 roll per bathroom and 1 kitchen trash bag for over a weeks stay. The toilet paper also could be a higher quality than the 1 ply supplied for the price of the unit.

The best place we’ve stayed on Tybee in years!! Clean corner unit in a well maintained condo set. The pool was in the parking lot the beach was right around the condo corner. We’ve already booked again for next year!

Island getaway with a view

If you are one of those beach travellers that must have an ocean view (not just a breeze, glance or look between rooftops or buildings), this is an excellent choice! We were looking for just a few things to make the experience enjoyable with a baby: kitchen to make easy meals, bath tub, easy beach access without having to drive or pay for parking, and an ocean view (if you're that close--why not?). It took a lot of searching but 270 degree ocean view did not disappoint on those things. To get that view it does cost you in walking up 3 flights of stairs, so pack light! You'll be taken care of by Steve and Tybee Island Rentals. They checked on us and made each step clear for us. We enjoyed our first trip to Tybee and look forward to coming back in the future!

Very Private Beach And Great Host

Very clean and comfortable condo in a great location with a private beach. Steve is a wonderful host and incredibly helpful. 4 night family stay

We stayed 4 nights with 4 guests and were only provided with 2 rolls of toilet paper for our stay. The remote control for the T.V. had dead batteries when we arrived, so we had to buy our own. We also did not realize from the listing that the only way to access the condo was 4 flights of stairs, that certain members of our family had a hard time with. But the owner and the view was amazing. The local people on Tybee Island were awesome ! We would definitely come back and stay here again.

Beautiful, confortable, welcoming appartment. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful time exploring Tybee. We traveled into Savannah twice to participate in a a walking food tour and for a ghost tour. Tybee Island is very easy to navigate by car, bike or golf cart. The beaches are beautiful. The pier is a must see. Becareful where you park your car. Tybee Island police hand out parking tickets like candy!

Knoxville to Tybee Beach

Our first visit to Tybee Beach was absolutely wonderful! The condo's location near the beach made it so easy to take a quick 3-minute walk. The view was simply stunning, and seeing dolphins frequently was an extra special treat. From day one, the owner made sure to check in via text to make sure we were comfortable settling in. His kindness really shone through, and he even helped us get tickets for the Savannah Bananas, going above and beyond. Plus, every restaurant he suggested turned out to be fantastic. This vacation has truly been one of the best we've had in a long time. We're already looking forward to booking this perfect condo again in the future!

North Beach Marine Life Show

We have visited Tybee several times, usually on the south end. Though I missed the walkability to restaurants and stores, the view from the balcony of this unit is absolutely jaw-dropping gorgeous. Because it was so windy all week, we walked around to the north end of the island where the river is coming out and the water more calm. One day were standing waist deep watching dolphins swimming and pelicans fishing when a manatee stuck it's nose out of the water about forty feet away. It was an amazing wldlife show.
