Fin de semana en pareja
Fin de semana romántico. El hotel es representativo de la Savannah de finales de 1700. Ha intentado mantener el ambiente y está muy logrado. Nos han tratado muy amablemente, explicando a nuestra llegada todo. Por sacar una pega, como medida de precaución ahora por el COVID, no te hacen la habitación ni hay servicio de desayuno. La cama era bastante blanda y no estaba uniforme. Es toda una experiencia en su mayoría positiva alojarse aquí. Estás cerca de todo y vas a todos los lados caminando.

Lástima el wifi
Lugar muy hermoso, con todo el encanto de un edificio vintage. muy bien situado y con un restaurante de categoría. el servicio es excelente y el personal muy amable. Habitaciones en muy buen estado. Desayuno continental correcto. El único pero es la imposibilidad de obtener una conexión wifi duradera de calidad. Y eso puede significar mucho a la hora de organizar actividades de la visita desde el hotel.

Great location in the heart of Savannah’s old town with beautiful, quiet rooms. Beds were very comfortable. If you eat at their restaurant be sure to book through “Open Table”. I had booked through their website a good month before we visited only to find they did not have our reservation and were booking through Open Table. The restaurant looked very nice and from what we saw looked like a great place to dine. Unfortunately we ended up having to go elsewhere. Overall I would recommend this establishment. The staff were great.

The staff from the front desk to the bar was very friendly and helpful. The inn is a in great location... very walkable. We didn't eat at the restaurant because we didn't have reservation... heard it is very good. We were actually in a guest house, not the main inn building. It was great, very large with a bedroom & sitting room, a fridge, a large bathroom... just perfect. All in all, it was a great stay.

We had one of the inn's rooms without windows, so right away the dark room was off-putting (it is a renovated 18th century inn, thus the interior guest rooms, but I wish it was made clearer when I made the reservation). There were stains on the carpet & settee, and the bathroom looked ready for a re-do, although the huge four-poster bed was comfy and the location couldn't have been better for exploring the city.

Loved our stay except we were very disappointed that we were not able to dine in the restaurant, even though we were staying there. No one mentioned how busy they get and that you needed a reservation when we checked in. We had plans the first night and thought we would dine in on our second and last night and that didn't happen. They didn't even try to accommodate us even though we paid to stay there, very disappointing.

The property is very old, which is what makes it charming. The restaurant is always packed but the adjoining pub usually has some availability with food service from the restaurant. The pub is very warm and charming. The whole place is warm, charming and comfortable.

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at the Inn. The staff were friendly and always responsive to any needs or questions. The property had the charm and character we were looking for and added to our experience in Savannah. The bed was extremely comfortable and the a/c kept our room cool.The WiFi was reliable and having a smart TV was nice touch. We would definitely stay again on future visits.

I know we chose to stay in a 230 year old Inn. The atmosphere fit the bill but some amenities could be updated. Minimal hot water to shower, maybe put some tissues in the room, any type of breakfast would be nice, bedding was poor, room furnishings were not nice at all. Staying in an old historic inn is fine but not living like it’s 1790.

The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Linens and towels were clean. The only window in my room looked out on a hallway, which had lights on all night. Even with curtains, the light made it hard to get to sleep. Noise from the bar downstairs, and the staff areas, comes into the room and echoes in the halls. Everything creaks due to the age of the place. Location is very good. Altogether, not worth the price.

Had an excellent dinner at the bar. Great Inn to stay at but didn’t experience any ghosties. Several coffee shops in area for the morning.

Beautiful historical inn close to amazing restaurants (including restaurant and tavern on site). Our room (317) could use a bit of tlc while still preserving its historical charm. Staff was wonderful! Our room definitely had some strange energy but I wouldn’t expect otherwise considering its age. :)

Our room was so run down. Huge black stains on the beige (dirty) wall to wall carpet. Light switches that fell off the wall. One Bulb in the duplex fixture was burned out leaving lighting low and dull. Furniture was so worn I did not want to sit on it. Ceiling had an access panel that was very water damaged and looked as if it was ready to fall down into the room. Thankfully the toilet worked and water came out of the shower spigot when I turned it on. I will not stay here again and would not recommend it to anyone I know.

Location was fantastic and staff was very nice and helpful, but room needed refreshing/updating, shower was barely lukewarm, and the room was above a restaurant that was noisy in the evening dinner time hours.

While staff and interactions were welcoming, the facility is in dire need of a refresh- carpet in hallways and staircases not regularly vacuumed and need to be shampooed. Room and hallway wall painting scuffed and stained, curtains likewise in need of cleaning. Upon checking in we were told that rooms were not cleaned daily- ??? We never would have booked had we known this. Do not recommend for the price. Disappointing.

Great location and Grumpy is amazing. I wish he would accept tips and maybe donate to local charity? Room was clean and comfortable, however overdue for an update. Couch was way past its prime, blinds didn’t work, there were curtains we could close instead. Would still stay there again. They were little things. The people made it great! Didn’t have time to try the restaurant, but it was packed and smelled delicious.

Bathroom shower and tub were large and in good condition. Room was comfortable, though the bed was a little firm for my taste. The restaurant is OUTSTANDING, with great food and service. Will definitely consider returning.
