"My family went down for Christmas. We had 7 adults in the house, very spacious. Location was perfect. The hobie catamaran was used everyday as were the paddle boards. The entire staff was amazing. They helped with all the major & minor details. The food was delicious and they helped coordinate drivers and activities for us. Would definitely return. Highly recommend for a family getaway. "

"We stayed seven days at the Shimmering waters at the Lagoons it was exactly as pictured the views were awesome enjoying the beautiful sunrise from the master bedroom balcony. The staff was attentive &the food was delicious. We loved the pool.& the floating breakfast. The only downside was we weren't able to wash our own clothes although the staff did take care of it for us. Would definitely stay again when visiting Jamaica "

"The owner daughter Ash was on the property handling it. She is beyond a sweetheart and very helpful!! ❤️This by far is the best Apartment style home where I felt safe and like as if I was surrounded by family! You will not make a bad choice by staying here for your vacation. It is in the center of everything car rental, grocery store and 7 mile beachfront is literally a walk across the street easy access!! I give this property a 10+"

"It was a good experience overall, love the customer service, decor and catering services. It is a good-sized property, quite a bit to explore. The gym and spa offerings are the best I have seen so far and I have been to quite a few hotels in Jamaica. The entertainment certainly needs further planning, excitement, build-up of activities and longer duration. Kindly ban smoking at Princess Grand. Not a place for kids; and it was a turn off for us as well."
