The charming seaside resort of Tenby is to the south (3.5 miles), or you could head inland to the historic town of Pembroke (11 miles). Local attractions include Manor Wildlife Park, Heatherton World of Activities (both 4.5 miles), Dinosaur Park Tenby (4 miles), Folly Farm Adventure Park and Zoo (3.5 miles) and Oakwood Theme Park (8.5 miles). For the more daring, ride Europe’s longest wooden rollercoaster at Oakwood theme park. (8.4 miles) History enthusiasts are catered for too, with stunning castles open to the public at Manorbier, (8.4 miles) Carew (7.4 miles), and Pembroke (11.5 miles)
Upon entrance to the property, you are greeted by a beautiful hallway with a cloakroom with WC, leading into a large open-plan lounge, kitchen/dining room with a Smart TV. The large living area has comfortable seating, and the entertainment space features bifold doors opening out onto a beautiful, decked area to bring the outside in, the perfect space for those evening get-togethers. The light and airy kitchen is equipped with everything you would need to cook up a delicious meal to enjoy together around the dining table, and the large central island provides a focal point for social gatherings. A staircase leads to the first floor with three bedrooms, two doubles that share a Jack and Jill shower room, and a single room. A large family bathroom is also located on this floor. The second floor features the master double bedroom with an en-suite shower room and distant sea views. There is a lower ground floor that features a second lounge with comfortable seating and smart TV where you can relax after a busy day, there is also a pool table for group entertainment. A shower room with WC completes this floor.
Outside, guests can enjoy alfresco dining on the enclosed deck with outdoor seating, a dining table and chairs, and a gas BBQ. The property also benefits from an attached garage for storing beach equipment, surfboards, and wetsuits
