This place is incredibly run down but thats not the issue the issue is this...No one should be subjected to a room in a Motel or Hotel that is filthy under any circumstance and no matter how much was paid ( $160/night) in Canada. Sheets and towels were surprisingly clean, front desk girl was nice but the positive experience ended there.

The room has not changed in the last 50 years, damp musty smell so we had the air conditioner unit on all the time, eventually got the unit working as the instructions were in Chinese. The whole place needs a facelift and we will not be b@ck until it is done.

It's a good affordable overnight stay.
The stay was pretty much worth the price you pay, especially on a long weekend. Also the owner was really friendly and so we felt taken care of well.

Vieux motel modeste des années 70 non rénové . La Toilette est minuscule et plus que vieillot. Propreté correct malgré les centaines d’araignées à l’extérieur. Les vitres sont sales. Pas de café. Lit confortable sans plus. Stationnement face à la chambre ok. Emplacement parfait pour visiter à pieds et accéder à la plage. Air climatisé installé par des amateurs .

Friendly and accommodating staff
The staff were amazing and friendly. They accommodated our late check-in and early checkout times. The rooms were dated but functional.

The rooms need some major work and repairs. The bathroom was gross. The toilet was so close to wall you had to sit on side. The shower was in bad shape and exhaust fan totally plugged. The walls need repainting and electrical definitely not to code. Such a shame as with a bit of money and some work it could be a decent motel.

It is not fancy. It is affordable. Staff are very friendly. Linens and towels crisp and clean. Could it use some updating .... absolutely. Looking for somewhere affordable in the middle of a blizzard ... this is it. Smart tv if u have Netflix etc accounts. If you make a reservation ask them to turn on the heat. Baseboard heat takes along time to heat a single pane room.

I got there to check-in and the sign said “Open “ but there was no staff member. I called the motel number and a lady said she could be there in about one hour. I decided to try another place.

Staff was friendly and helpful but washroom showed signs of mold and could’ve used a deep cleaning. Tired and outdated.

Dirty bloody towels hanging in closet upon arrival. There should be a sign stating "plug in fridge/turn power bar on". There should be sign stating "turn knob to lock door" as we (other renter and myself) left doors unlocked. I tried to contact location few times prior to arrival with no response for question.

This hotel is conveniently close to restaurants, shopping, and the beach. The cleanliness of the room was lacking. The bathroom was dirty, the shower was dirty, and there were spiders and cobwebs in both the bathroom and the bedroom. I don't plan on staying there again.

Has all you need
Our stay was very good. The owners are very friendly and helpful and are working all the time. Not fancy but has all the basics you need. Location is great, within walking distance to restaurants, shopping, and the beach.

It was close to Tim Hortons, Rexall Drug Store, Restaurants are close by, Beach is a couple blocks away. Very dated, rug needs to be clean. Owners are very nice.

This is a run-down place that is dirty decrepit and need Ms to shut down. Nothing works. The toilet wouldn't seat a 4 year old. I got a crick in my back for crapping sitting sideways on the seat. This is a disaster place. The manager/owner has language issues and is not there most times. This was a nightmare trip.

You get what you pay for
Basic amenities and that too limited. No cleanix in the room. For this type of Motel the daily rate is excessively high, should be around $ 50.00 maximum
