We enjoyed our stay and the super short walk to downtown Saugatuck. The home is the best stocked place I’ve ever stayed. We brought some food to cook but the home had all the accoutrements which was appreciated! The home was clean and quiet, the host was gracious and we look forward to staying there again.

This was a perfect location. Just a five minute walk to downtown. The kitchen was well furnished and the backyard was big, perfect for a game of fetch with our pup!

It was convenient to stores and restaurants. The front of the place was nice and kept. The place is false represented. IT IS NOT DELUXE. The pool is a shared pool. It was my birthday and my 30th Wedding Anniversary trip. We arrived in the evening and the place was very dark and dingy. Limited lighting and the place was dirty, dusty and had a very old smell. It was cluttered with a lot of personal stuff I felt like I broke into someone’s house. Most of the drawers to the dresser had stuff in them that belonged to the owner. There were stains on the couches and hair of the throws. I took the couch pillows and layed them up on their desk and dust went flying everywhere. My little dog went underneath the bed to get her toy and she came out with a dust ball as big as her. My Spouse started crying the first night we were there. I couldn’t sleep because my asthma was acting up. We tried to find another place to go but everywhere was booked since it was a holiday weekend. We went to Walmart the next day to stock up on Febreeze and scented candles and bed sheets to try to make the best of it. Our poor dogs were miserable. They were afraid to sleep on the floor in their own beds. They had to sleep with us. The bed is between two skylights so when day breaks, it gets very bright. Forget about sleeping in. At 5:30 am on our Anniversary we woke up to a loud noise coming from the fireplace. Owner blamed it on the heavy rain but the heavy rain is in Illinois where she lives not Michigan.

Perfect Saugatuck Getaway!

The house and grounds are BEAUTIFUL and clean! A couple of friends and I stayed for a weekend and enjoyed all that Saugatuck has to offer! The host was very communicative and helpful throughout the process, and the house had everything we needed for a great weekend. The beds are SO COMFORTABLE! We would DEFINITELY stay there again!

Early morning wakeups

We arrived after 4:30pm. There were materials all in the driveway and workers on the roof. The workers came back in the morning around 8:00 am and left the garage door opened. On Tuesday they were on the roof at 8:00am pounding again. Not relaxing at all.

The Hill

Great location on the hill! We are 20 yr. local property owners that know what to choose when renting in town. Great backyard, fully stocked and plenty of space to spread out or hang out - whatever your family prefers! This would be a great stay if you have little ones that need “napping” space!

Great Location

Beautiful home for a long girls’ weekend! The home is so cozy, and we loved the quiet and peaceful neighborhood. The home has everything you need. Due to a few rainy days, we didn’t get a chance to enjoy the wonderful yard or patio. Loved that we could walk down stairs at the end of the street and enjoy the town’s shopping and restaurants. Would definitely stay again.

We love Saugatuck and found a gem when we booked this VRBO home. 2 FIREPLACES ( real wood burning-Dura-flame logs) and the location is awesome. Patricia is very responsive and helpful on all fronts.

Wonderful, cozy time!

We were very pleased with the convenience and quiet of the location, while still having such easy access to downtown Saugatuck. We were able to enjoy the town's holiday events and ambience, and retreat to our own cozy (2 fireplaces!!!!), private spot. Very clean. Would love to come back and experience it during warmer weather, as there is a lovely backyard and pool access.

Great house, great location

The house was just as the pictures depicted. It was open concept with great amenities and very clean. I’ve stayed in many VRBO homes in this is one of the most well organized well-stocked homes I’ve ever visited. It’s walking distance to downtown. Saugatuck is the perfect location and the yard is beautiful. The only thing we wish we would’ve had was a fire pit for chilly fall nights.

Great location and very comfortable

The location and the outdoor amenities make this place great. The walks downtown were easy and simple. My family used the outdoor patio and pool next door the most. The pool is a 30 ft walk from the back gate. This house is great for kids.

Great location!!

Great location, for easy access to downtown Saugatuck! Pet friendly. Fenced yard. Great for walking - we walked 16mi over the weekend, no walk the same. Saugatuck Fish Camp and Taverna Rossa both a short walk away, ans worth the caloried!!

Great Spot

We loved our stay here and found the house to be very clean, charming, and well stocked. The location was wonderful as it was less than a 5 minute walk to downtown Saugatuck, and a short drive to many other great sites and activities. The fenced in yard was great for our dogs. Patricia was very easy to work with and responded to all communications promptly. We would highly recommend this house.

Great Home and Location!

We spent the week with our kids and created lots of memories!! The house and pool were great! Loved being so close to downtown and walking around every night. We are definitely going to rebook here and create more memories!

Covid getaway weekend

Our experience was great. The location is superior! The owner was wonderful to work with and was extremely responsive to our needs. The home had some damage from a recent storm and workers needed to repair the roof. When we mentioned that it was taking most of the day and it was very loud to Patricia, she immediately reached out to the roofer and they rescheduled the remainder of the work for a time that worked better for us.
