Great house in Saugatuck!

Walkable to downtown and a beautiful home! Everything has been renovated. It was so clean and spacious for our family. Highly recommend this home! Had everything we needed. Also really appreciated the extra towels.

Charming cottage

Great quaint and homey cottage, very clean and nicely decorated . Located in a quiet neighborhood. Can walk to town or a 1 minute drive to shops and restaurants . Will be back again next year.

Perfect family getaway

The property was in excellent condition and perfectly outfitted for the three of us (including our 2-year old). The location is amazing, a very short stroll to everything the town has to offer and set in a picturesque neighborhood.

Great location

Property was comfortable and clean. Only minor negative was some vertical blind slats missing. Great location, easy walk to shops and restaurants. We would stay there again.

Clean but uncomfortable

Great curb appeal, very clean an ideal location. However, the extra firm cheap mattresses were way below my expectations for $350 a night. No one got a good nights sleep and felt very sore the next day. Please spend some money and upgrade your mattresses for this neighborhood and rental price the quality of mattresses and living room furniture does not make this for an enjoyable weekend to relax and get some good old fashion R&R. The small uncomfortable living room furniture could use updating for con comfort and style. We make an annual trip from Indianapolis to Saugatuck every fall while we’d like to go and enjoy the beautiful countryside and downtown Saugatuck. A part of our trip is to enjoy and relax in a vacation rental and relaxing and comfortable was not at all on this trip with this rental. Over priced would not recommend if you’re looking for a combination of enjoying Western Michigan and relaxing in your vacation rental. This is not the choice for you. However, if you’re looking for a place to hang your hat and take a shower, maybe this is for you. No hand soap at the sinks to wash your hands. Extremely slow internet.

Sisters and Mother get away

Very nice area, great location. The home was even better than the pictures portrayed which were wonderful within themselves. I did bring my elderly mother and we were pleasantly surprised that there was a walk in shower— very grateful for this feature. We had a lovely time and the home fit all of our needs.

Fun relaxing getaway.

Great house close to town!

This house was perfect for our family vacation with our 2 young kids (3 years old and 10 months). It had everything we needed and was the perfect size. The house was very clean and the owner properly communicated everything we needed to know. It’s a very short and easy walk to town. We’d love to come back and will check availability on this property first if we do!

Quiet neighborhood vacation spot

The house was really beautiful with a lot of modern updates. Such a quiet neighborhood but within walking distance of downtown Saugatuck, you just park your vehicle on the parking pad and let it have a vacation too. Great place for a getaway and sitting in the screened in deck as a favorite of ours.

Beautiful home for a weekend stay

We booked this cottage for a weekend trip and had the best time. The home is spacious and clean, and there are plenty of spaces to congregate as a group, or spend some quiet time by yourself. It's a very fast and easy walk to downtown Saugatuck, and the neighborhood is beautiful. Would definitely stay again!

The cottage was perfect, so clean and comfortable.We were so busy, just being there two nights, so we never ate in, the kitchen had everything you would need if you chose to do that.We had dinner at Phil’s Bar and Grill uptown,it was recommended by friends that live near by. If your looking for a nice quiet location that you can walk to town this is it, you won’t be disappointed!!

This home is a wonderful place to relax and unwind. It’s away from the hustle of the town, yet an easy walk to get there when you want to shop or eat. The side porch is marvelous, and everything was just as it looked on-line. Comfortable beds and very clean. We will definitely be back!

Great place in Saugatuck

We enjoyed a quick stay at this beautiful house in Saugatuck. Very easy to find and a short walk into town. The space is nice and open with comfortable furniture, the weather didn't allow us to use the outside spaces which looked great. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the property and stay there again in the future.

Definitely coming back!

Beautiful newer home on a quiet street, a nice walk to downtown and the waterfront. A neighbor we met told us this house was completely rebuilt, not just remodeled. This was our 15th annual women’s trip to Saugatuck and the accommodations keep getting better! Just a few suggestions: — The unusual shaped steps off the door guests enter/ exit may be a bit hazardous in the dark. We used our phone lights. A coach light there would be helpful. — If this were my home I would have a no-shoes policy and ask guests upfront to bring indoor sandals, slippers or socks. The wood floors are beautiful and this is cleaner/ more sanitary and prevents any scratches from shoe grit. We checked our shoes/ sandals carefully or took them off. — The laundry soap provided was scented, but thankfully the linens must have been sent to an outside laundry service that follows the fragrance free protocol. But if a previous guest washed a blanket or bedspread with the detergent provided, I would have woken up with a headache and asthma attack. — One oversight by the cleaning company- there was thick dust under the master bed, some under the second bed. Otherwise very clean. — The decor in the 2nd bedroom seemed out of place with the rest of the house (when all guests are adults). A neutral bedspread like the master and a nice picture added would make this beautiful house even nicer. Many thanks to the owners for a great stay at our favorite Saugatuck accommodations in 15 years.
