Easy parking, garage space for our bikes, close to Saugutuck and Douglas, so clean, lots of nice details: extra towels, closet w/ shelves and hangers. Privacy from the street as well as the other bedroom/bath. Gracious host. Wish we could’ve stayed for a week! Lots to explore nearby.

The townhouse was clean, quiet, and comfy. We brought some food to cook and the kitchen was well stocked with appliances, etc. The location was with a very short drive to retail, beaches, restaurants. I was very surprised at all the EVs present and the numerous charging stations. I’ll bring the EV next time.

The first thing we noticed was the cleanliness of the condo. The kitchen was very functional and the living area comfortable. The king sized beds were firm (but not too much) and there’s plenty of room in the closets. The walk to downtown was more than we could handle but driving to it was easy. The fire pit was ready to go, which was great for s’mores.

This is the second time we have stayed at this property and we would definitely return. Lynn is a fantastic host. She provided lots of information about the area and responded quickly to any questions. The townhouse is in a great location and we found it very clean with everything we needed. My first time in Saugatuck, but extended family had been here many times. They were very impressed by great location, extensive kitchen supplies, and comfortable accommodations. Bedding was superb, unlike so many condos in this price range. Very clean, with tasteful decor. Easy in and out access, with garage parking. Easy walk to town, via a beautiful park trail (we’re 76 y.o.).

Overall our stay was just fine. But the light in one of the bathrooms had 2 lights out so we had to buy light bulbs. And all the coffee cups were filthy with coffee and milk rings so we had to wash all of them. There were other dirty dishes and bowls too. I let the owner know upon leaving figuring it was her cleaning crew that hadn’t checked. She replied that she emptied the dishwasher and knew the cups and dishes were clean and she checked all the lights and they were working. She argued with me! Why would I lie. And why would I buy light bulbs if I didn’t need them?We rent all over the world. Her reply was annoying. No one wants to be called a liar. And the TV was not hooked up. It was still on seasonal. Poor service

This host provided everything we needed and more. She was available The whole weekend for questions. The listing was totally accurate. Beds were SO comfortable. Access to bike paths and the beautiful downtown shops and beaches was great. Fantastic restaurants abounded. Thanks for a great stay.

The property was very nice, very clean and very comfortable.We had a very good experience with our stay. While there we enjoyed kayaking, hiking on the dunes, visiting the lake and shopping in town. Also enjoyed some very good dinners. Over all it was a very nice vacation.

Had a great stay here with 2 others. Split level duplex with living room, kitchen, 2 king beds and 2 baths. Host left lovely welcoming gift/note. First impression was how spotless clean and fresh the space was! Kitchen well stocked; beds comfortable. Quiet location, 5 minute drive to both DT Saugatuk & Douglas. Spent 2 perfect afternoons at Oval Beach with host provided beach towels. Rented umbrellas/chairs at shop in Douglas near beach. Recommend Phil's Bar & Grill, Charlies Round The Corner Ice Cream & Grilled Cheese Shack. Great shops on Butler St. in Saugatuk. Highly recommend this area & this Host.

Absolutely fabulous! There are not enough words to describe what a fantastic experience we had staying here. The place was even better than described -- immaculate, comfortable, and had everything anyone would ever need or want. Lynn was an amazing and accommodating host! She was so helpful providing ideas for restaurants and entertainment around the area. Plus, she left us a gift of wine and cider upon our arrival--so thoughtful! We really felt welcome and would definitely stay here again!

This was our second time staying at Lynn‘s townhouse and it continues to exceed expectations. It is a perfect spot for our young family to explore Saugatuck and we love the space. Lynn’s communication leading up to and during the trip was excellent as usual and we appreciate all the thoughtful touches throughout the townhouse that made it a true home away from home for us. Our girls loved the welcome gifts (as did we!) and we were so appreciative for the extra effort that Lynn makes. She helped us to discover our new favorite winery in the area, Modales, and we are excited to return in the future. We continue to enjoy some of our favorites…lots of beach time at both Saugatuck State Park and Oval Beach. We had some delicious meals at a couple of our restaurant favorites: the Southerner, Wild Dog, and Saugatuck Brewing Company to name a few. We are excited to return in the future and hope to stay at Lynn‘s place again soon. Thank you again for the excellent hospitality!

Amazing Find!

I can’t express how much cleanliness matters when staying away from home. This condo was so clean and decorated so beautifully. It was not cluttered and full of old “stuff”. From everything in the kitchen cupboards to the closets…it was perfect! Felt at home right away. The location was perfect for a bike ride or walk to town. The host, Lynn, was amazing and thoughtful. Will be back for sure!

This property is exactly as advertised! Super clean and accommodating host! Beds were comfortable. The outdoor area was extremely clean. We have been to other rentals where the outside was always dirty. This was ready to sit and enjoy! We walked to town, went stand up paddle boarding on a nearby lake and used the beeline bike trail to bike to Holland right from the house. We brought our bikes and were able to store them in the extremely clean garage! We would definitely stay here again if we were back in the area. Thank you Lynn!

Perfect Stay – Exceeded Expectations!

We had a fantastic stay at this home! Everything was super clean and well cared for, which made us feel comfortable right away. The space is very roomy, and the layout was perfect for relaxing after a day out. The king beds were incredibly comfortable, and the house was well-stocked throughout—from bathroom essentials to a full range of cooking supplies in the kitchen.There was an abundance of fresh linens and towels, which was a big plus. We also really appreciated having garage parking—a rare and convenient bonus.The location is excellent, with an easy walk to shopping, dining, and local bars, making it a perfect base for exploring the area. The host communicated clearly and promptly, and check-in was an absolute breeze.Highly recommend this property—we’d absolutely stay here again!

The best VRBO experience we've ever had! Lynn's place is perfectly located, less than 5 minute drive to anywhere in town less than 10 minutes to the beach. The space was incredibly clean yet cozy while still lots of space to hang out. Plus it's fully equipped with anything you might need. Her beach chairs and umbrella was a nice bonus so you didn't have to pack your own. Would love the opportunity to stay here again! Lynn was a fantastic host, grateful for her!

Great visit!

Lynn’s place was the perfect home for our first trip to Saugatuck! The place was very clean and offered anything we may have needed for our stay. We enjoyed coffee on the upper deck and loved using the fire pit our last night there. The location made easy access to all our daily adventures. Communication with Lynn was excellent. We can’t wait to return!

Saugatuck 2025

This is a very well located property with great outdoor spaces to enjoy. It is very clean, well tended, with well stocked kitchen and baths. It also had a great 2-car garage for us to use. We were surprised to see so many stairs when we arrived and began unloading our cars but we managed. Our only real complaint was the furniture in both common TV watching areas which was really VERY uncomfortable. Other than that, a great property choice for our visit to the Saugatuck area.

This property was perfect for us.

The location just outside of Saugatuck was ideal. Just enough removed from the hubbub of this very popular, and charming, village to be closer to the natural beauty of west Michigan but still in touch with great food and activities. My wife and I (Detroit) stayed four nights with another couple from Atlanta, GA and it worked well for us. Three of us were stepping back from a week's worth of work at a conference in Grand Rapids. The decision to stay here and decompress some, was a good one.But the ideal part for me was the attentive ownership/management. Knowing that it was the 32nd wedding anniversary for my fine, young bride and me, Lynn made sure that our celebration was acknowledged on arrival. Unfortunately, my wife had taken quite a spill earlier in the week of our visit and sustained some injuries. Not only did Lynn promptly answer all of our facility questions so that we arrived with confidence, she also let us know that she was leaving an electric wheelchair and walker in the garage should we need it (if my wife was struggling). My wife preferred my pushing a chair we brought along, but it was a super kind offer.

Great place to stay
