This is a very lovely place. We enjoyed our 2 nights stay! 10/10. The view is amazing, the house is very clean and well-organized. The amenities are well kept. There’s plenty of towels and basic toiletries were also provided which is really great! The property is close to cute local stores and sand dune state park which is perfect for watching sunset.

This was one of the nicest properties we've ever rented. The location, house, welcoming gifts and amenities were all exceptional.Our host, Erica, was extremely helpful and accommodating during our stay, which was very much appreciated by my wife and I.For out next trip to Saugatuck, we will definitely be back. I would highly recommend this property to anyone.

Wonderful Stay at the A-Frame in SaugatuckWe had an incredible time staying at this charming A-frame property in Saugatuck! The location was perfect, situated directly across the Kalamazoo River from downtown, which made for easy access to all the restaurants and shops. The best part was the breathtaking moonrises over the river — truly a sight to remember.The house itself is beautifully designed, with spacious living areas that were perfect for relaxing. The bathrooms were modern and luxurious, and the beds were incredibly comfortable — we all slept like babies! The whole place had a welcoming, cozy feel, which made it hard to leave. we really enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit on to take the chill off the evenings.Erica was fantastic to work with — she answered all of our questions quickly and was so helpful throughout our stay. Her hospitality definitely made the experience even better.A few suggestions: - more than 6 wine glasses- placemats- NO kitchen cleanup cleaning supplies, this was a problem- no kitchen basics: salt, pepper, oil or nonstick sprayWe’ll definitely be back to this gem next time we’re in Saugatuck. Highly recommend!

Fantastic location! I hired a chef and server for my (evening before) 60th birthday dinner and there was plenty of room for our family of 6 to have appetizers on the balcony, dinner on the patio, and desert back on the balcony. I had the next day catered for a group of 25 and had plenty of room for parking and mingling. A fantastic location enjoyed by my 20 year olds as they could walk or drive to many enjoyable locations over our 5 day stay. Excellent communication with our host as we had some boaters coming by and needed info about the dock, among other questions to ensure our quiet gathering would be appropriate. My sons want to return next year and do it again! What more could I ask for? I highly recommend.

We had an absolutely five-star stay at this stunning property! Every detail was high-end, from the incredibly comfortable beds to the fully equipped kitchen that had everything we could possibly need for cooking. The home was spotless and featured fantastic amenities, including a luxurious hot tub, a gas grill perfect for outdoor meals, and a cozy gas fire table for relaxing evenings.The location is unbeatable-just steps from the water, offering breathtaking views that made every moment magical. There was plenty of parking available, which made coming and going a breeze. We loved fishing off the pier, catching both bass and pike.This place truly combines luxury and comfort, with stunning waterfront views that create the perfect backdrop for a relaxing getaway.

Quick Spring Getaway

This was one of the most impressive properties that I have stayed at. Our host was very responsive and open to requests. She had some great local coffee stocked when I inquired about it. The local bottle of red wine was another great touch. The photos of the property are very accurate but you can't truly appreciate how close to the water you are until you are on site, it really is only 15 ft away so you feel like you're right on top of the lake. I live on a lake so I'm not that easily impressed.We did not use the fire pit but having the hot tub outside to relax in during the evening was great, especially since the weather was cooler. You have great views over the lake and into saugatuck. I give this rental highest marks across the board, a definite recommendation for any considering it.

Weekend Getaway

My husband and I absolutely adore this A frame. It’s impeccably clean and very comfortable. We ended up having a free weekend last minute so I took a shot and contacted the property owner. Not only did she reply quickly, she was graciously able to accommodate our last minute request! We had an amazing weekend in Saugatuk and look forward to returning!

Great family stay

This was a uniquely beautiful and well kept property. Property owner was very responsive, and checked-in during our stay. Check-in process was easy. Located on the water and was beautiful for a December stay. Hot tub was such a treat! We will return in the summer and recommend this property.

Awesome house and perfect location.

This is the coolest house in the areas and really stands outs. The views are amazing. The house has everything you need to make your stay comfortable and was perfectly clean. Locations is perfect with walking distances to mount baldhead or oval beach (little further of a walk) or a quick ferry ride across to down. We had our school age boys with us and they loved the experience as much as the adults. We'll be back!

A+ for the Saugatuck A-frame

Quick weekend getaway to close out the summer with our family of four. The home was spectacular. Right on the water with views of downtown Saugatuck. The house has a wonderful and unique layout that we really enjoyed. Great to sit outside in the morning for coffee. We had a great time.

Fantastic Stay

Beautiful home, excellent amenities, comfortable stay. This home is located right in the lake and is equipped with everything you need. Beds are comfortable and we especially loved the hot tub looking out onto the lake. Great stay, can’t wait to visit again!

Couples weekend
