"This home was comfortable and just the right size for our family. The host was helpful in providing the information we needed for our stay. I would recommend this property to anyone staying near Sable Beach or as far as Wharton or South Hampton. My only wish was that it was more family friendly and had a pack n play or high chair for babies. We plan to stay again!"

"This is a very beautiful new house. Even our 9, 7 and 4 year olds recognized that. The decorating choices were much to our taste. The location was great. Walkable to the beach but away from the hustle and bustle of the main area. The outdoor deck and fire pit were very nice. The kitchen was well stocked but being a party of 7 we would have appreciated more dishes especially plates. We bought paper plates to get us through. Overall we really enjoyed our stay."

"I love this cottage park, not my first stay. Minor problem with some (very small amount) of mold in my bedroom. Not noticeable to anyone else but I am allergic so it did make it hard for me to sleep. Wifi is spotty and cell phone signal is poor. Other than that the cottage was lovely. Nice space with lots of room for everyone. Well located with a splash pad and park across the street, fishing very close, and a beach a short walk away. Would still stay again but will bring my air filter...

"The property as a whole was pretty well looked after. The cottages were rustic and adequate for our needs. The kitchen area had all the equipment one would need but water for washing had to be brought in by a water container. We brought our own drinking water. The washrooms were close to the cottage and were adequate and clean. There were 2 showers. The picnic table was by the cottage and close to the water was a great place to hang out and have our meals. "Had an oustanding time here. The cabin was very cute and clean. Perfect for 2 people. It was very quiet, as well as many things to go do day trips in the surrounding areas. The cabin was maybe 20 ft from the water, so watching the sun set wad incredible. Which also made it very romantic to watch while you have a camp fire. Looking forward to going back again."

"We had a group of 8 and stayed in a cabin that sleeps 8. It was small but the outdoor space made up for it. We camp often as a group and by far these were the nicest, cleanest common bathrooms we’ve experienced. Newly renovated and easily accessible.
