Relaxing here at a quiet beach after a couple of days at Universal Studios was just a great way to end our vacation.  We were surprised at how close we were to Cocoa Beach.  All the kitchen tools you could ask for let us start the day here and enjoy the great places to eat in the area.  The ladies loved shopping in downtown Melbourne.

What a gem!

Such a cute place, feels like home. Beautiful view of the ocean from 2 levels. I especially liked how few people were on the beach & the heated pool. The unit itself was well taken care of and kitchen had everything we needed it to have for our stay. It was also so convenient to have Publix right across the street. There's a fun little boutique in the Publix shopping area too!

Beautiful

Like in life, vacations can have hiccups. When I alerted the homeowner to a problem, he responded immediately and promptly fixed the issue. He even checked back to make sure everything was taken care of. The accomodations were as advertised. Beautiful views of the beach!!! The restaurant recommends were delicious - Long Doggers and Morning Glory. Thank you for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation.

I’ll be back

I have come to this very same condo for 6 years. It is wonderful to sit out on the patio and watch the ocean for hours at a time. The easy access to the beach is a real plus. This condo fits my needs perfectly. I’ll be back!

Melbourne is a great place to visit

We loved our stay in Melbourne / Satellite beach and the condo was great. It was really hot but the air-conditioning was very good and kept us cool at all times. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Getaway just steps from the Beach

I have made several trips to this wonderful 2nd-floor condo and love it more each time I come. The awesome view of the ocean from the balcony is amazing and it's just steps from the pool & beach. The decor is well thought out and the laminate plank flooring along with beautiful area rugs give it a cozy, quiet, beachy feel. Even though the bedrooms are upstairs the outside elevator makes it accessible to everyone. I definitely will come again.

Great!

I had to make a last minute trip to say goodbye to a loved one, and the owners were super accommodating to my situation. I was a little unsure pulling into the parking lot, but the place itself is fantastic, all the kitchen supplies (no pantry items though!), and the beach is wonderful. I was worried about both the beach not being wide enough at high tide and rocks in the ocean, and neither were a problem. We came in March. Thanks for making a hard trip a little easier!

A wonderful and refreshing vacation

I had one of the best vacation I have ever had. The condo is conveniently located and is cheerfully decorated. I was very comfortable and felt well taken care of by the hosts. I watched beautiful sunrises over the ocean every morning from the balcony. Walked along the beach each morning and evening and gathered shells for my collection. I even had the opportunity to watch a Space X rocket launch from the beach. You can be as busy as you want or just relax and recharge. It is a wonderful place for your next vacation.

Fantastic Oceanfront Retreat

A serene resort right on the ocean with fantastic views! This condo is close to all the fun, touristy things to do including just south of Kennedy Space Center and the famous Cocoa Beach area, and just 1 hour east of Orlando. Loved that after a day of running around we could retreat to the quiet of our condo, sit on the balcony and watch the soothing rhythm of the waves. We have stayed here multiple times and the owners are fantastic! A fully stocked kitchen with new appliances and a Publix grocery store & Dunkin’ Donuts right across the street is definitely a plus! The main property itself is well cared for. Definitely give this a 5 Star review!

Amazing location!

We spent 4 days celebrating my 50th Birthday and it was perfect. The condo was clean, fully stocked, has amazing ocean views from the master bedroom and the balcony off the living room. We woke up every morning watching the sunrise from the balcony. The location is quiet and a short walk to the beach. We walked the beach every morning and night. There are a lot of nice restaurants nearby. The communication with Ken and Julie was very easy. We highly recommend this beautiful condo. We hope to come back someday.

As advertised!!

Stayed for 4 days-hosts were helpful from prior to booking through stay. BEAUTIFUL ocean view from the enormous master. Nicely remodeled upstairs bath. Great to be able to separate sleeping space on second floor from shared space on first floor. Easy beach and pool access. Quiet beach- condo was well-equipped with beach accessories to use. Wifi and AC were good. Property is dated- both the condo and the office space have under-gone some nice updates. All together a super clean property with responsive and responsible hosts plus a great ocean-view!

Excellent location

Every morning we watched the sun rise from our bedroom on the 3rd floor. An amazing colorful view. Every day we were treated to the sound of rolling waves as we sat on our 2nd floor mini terrace and watched the surfers, swimmers, fishermen, and wind kiters play in the waves.

We chose this unit after reading the reviews. They are accurate, it is a quiet beach, just steps away with a wonderful heated pool. My wife swam laps every afternoon. A variety of restaurants are nearby. We loved watching the surfers from the balcony and beach sunrises from the bedroom window. Clean, nicely decorated.
