We enjoyed the place overall, there were a few things we would recommend changing. The lights over the dining room table were far too bright. Recommend a dimmer switch. The ceiling fan in the living room did not work. They came to look at it, but said a new one was needed, but nothing was ever done about it. My husband and I both felt the master bed was entirely too firm. It needs a new mattress or a topper of some sort. Regarding the LR TV, three remotes are needed to work it. The pool was excellent. We used the grill several times and it was very clean and worked perfectly. We enjoyed the shuffle board also. Several in our group loved the little smoking area and thought the overall property is in better condition than it was 20 years ago. Having the hose to wash off your car was very much appreciated. Unit was clean and had wonderful ocean views. I was disappointed the washer/dryer specified in property description was not located inside the unit. I was also surprised and not pleased that pesticide was sprayed in my unit while I was out but my dogs were present. I apparently missed this in the check-in instructions. The property owner should not use regular maintenance as an excuse to access my space without my consent during a 3-night stay, especially to spray pesticides when pets are in the unit. Such activities should occur when the space is vacant.

#1 tv cable boxes were not working Roku remote missing in second bedroom. Maintenance man connected new Ruko boxes to master room and living room for us. Note: this should have been noticed and repaired before our check in#2 master room window badly compromised visibility. Bad moisture problem between glass. This property was exactly as listed. Bright and clean and well maintained. We had an issue with the air conditioner malfunctioning but the property manager efficiently managed the issue despite it occurring over Thanksgiving. I will definitely stay again.

Perfect location

Our stay was amazing. The condo is in the perfect location in the complex. Ocean front and right next to the pool. The ocean was pretty rough the week we were there but it made the sound of the waves crashing that much better. My pup loved it too. The dog areas are not much, especially for bigger dogs, and the beach in front of the condo is not pet friendly... but you have to walk down some stairs to the actual beach area, so there is a sandy area at the top to the side of the condo where we walked him and he chased crabs and had fun. Even explored in the sea grape forest LOL. There is also an excellent dog park you can take your dogs to that's only about 10 minutes away as well as a dog friendly beach. For the dog park you have to have your pup's up to date vet records and it's $3.00 per day for up to 3 dogs. In all our stay was amazing. Management is very prompt to answer questions and address concerns and the unit was very clean. We will definitely be visiting again!

Good beachfront option, but not great

The location is awesome, directly on the beach and close to stuff in the area. However, the first floor location means a fairly obstructed view from the patio, with tall fencing surrounding the unit's patio and additional fencing surrounding the pool deck. This wouldn't be the case with a unit on the 2nd floor or above, only on the ground floor. Also, the mattresses in the unit could use updating, especially in the 2nd bedroom where there are two beds. The kitchen is nice (though it lacked coffee, coffee filters, and oil, three things I count on with a kitchen unit) and we were able to cook stuff easily. The space is comfortable and plenty large.

Stay at Paradise Beach Club 104

This rental turned out to be a great choice. The best part was the location on the first floor of the building. It was so easy to unload and come and go from this unit as it was very close to the parking lot, but not on it at the same time. At first we were kind of concerned that the building itself seemed to be dated, but relieved that inside our unit was relatively updated and pleasant. Our unit was spacious and we had almost everything we needed minus a washer and dryer. We felt that the trade off was worth having the super close proximity to the beach. Our favorite thing was to watch the waves during the day and listen to them all night. Being an end unit with two extra windows made it bright and sunny during the day, yet we were grateful that there were blackout shades so that we could sleep at night. We were also pleased that it was so quiet in our unit. It would have been great to watch the rocket launches from our unit if they hadn’t been cancelled. We did have a few minor issues during our stay, but they were immediately addressed by Taylor when we contacted her despite it being on her own time on the weekend. Thanks, Taylor

Perfect Location

Wow! Beautiful views of the ocean out every window. The ocean is literally over the railing out your door. Condo is nice and clean. We spent mornings in the heated pool and afternoons on the beach. The office had puzzles, books and outdoor games ( cornhole, shuffle board) to enjoy. Very quiet, family oriented resort. Jerry, the resort manager, was very friendly and attentive to our needs. We really enjoyed our stay!

Satellite Beach Cute and Adorable Vacation Weekend. The place was amazing, ocean view and easy access to the beach. This property is in the first floor with plenty of privacy and you can hear the ocean breeze, It’s very relaxing and quiet place . The kitchen amenities are well provided and bigger size pot are available. The king size bed is comfortable , white bedsheets are wonderful .It’s an old building but well maintained. Close to shopping center where Publix ,McDonald’s, Dunkin’ Donuts, and good restaurants are available around the area . NASA Kennedy Space Center - 33 miles / My son and my family enjoyed it !!!
