Great condo, perfect location.Would give 5 stars, but not having an in-unit W/D was a bit inconvenient. Wish the pool was rebuilt. We still had a great time!

Apartment 305 is updated; building is being renovated, but don’t shy away; every building, in time needs upgrading love; it is newly sprinklered; for family members that can’t walk very far, the ocean is literally right there! Owner is super friendly and accommodating; no luggage carts and bathroom outside of lobby is being renovated; no W/D; TV in each room and AC works well. No pool but it is rumored to have a new one soon; comfortable bedding.

Clean and nice location

Accommodation and location were ideal. Condo was clean, well maintained and comfortable for the short stay. No washer/dryer in the unit was a major disadvantage for myself. Managed but would have made it better for me. The building itself is not great. Smells and needs maintenance. Especially getting to the beach and the filled in pool area. Very run down. Although condo was almost perfect, building needs help. Good location in a small quiet beach town.

Beautiful beach front condo

The condo had a beautiful view of the ocean, and was steps away to the beach. The condo was clean and looked freshly painted and upgraded. The owner was very pleasant and helpful when I contacted him. This is a quiet area, but easily accessible to other towns. We really enjoyed our stay here.area, but close to other areasbeqch

Gorgeous View, Natural Sound Machine

Despite the old building undergoing renovations, and no longer having a pool (its filled in with sand), the ocean view and the powerful wave sounds make it all lworth it! The condo is clean and neat, just right for our two couples.

Nice place. Well stocked with vacation supplies. Quick answers to questions from Rob. Lack of beach access at condo was a little inconvenient, but not deal killer. Took a while to find laundry room, which turned out to be beside elevators.

Great views

We had a wonderful time staying here. This condo is really nice with wonderful views. It was very relaxing to be able to hear the surf from the balcony. We only had two concerns first there is only one set of keys which meant we had to be a little more coordinated with our comings and goings. They other concern is with the building, the beach access is closed, which meant we had to walk about a .25 of a mile to the nearest beach access. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. I definitely would stay here again. Thanks!

Great Location!

Nice size condo for four adults. Very clean. Close to many restaurantes and the public beach access (800 feet away). Not a very crowded beach area. Will stay again next time we are in the area. Thank you!

Comfortable condo with great ocean view

The four of us - 2 couples in our 60's - traveled to the area to visit wildlife refuges and Kennedy Space Center. Of course, we wanted to be on the beach while here! This condo was comfortable, roomy, with a great balcony for sunrise and dolphin viewing. The owner was quick to answer any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again.

Good location and view

This was a great location on the beach. As stated the place is under construction and the beach access and pool were closed. Public beach access was just a short walk from the front. It is an older building but the condo had been well kept and has been updated nicely. Lots of room and was a great hangout spot when we there. My only complaint is the property management never contacted us before the stay and we arrived at check in time locked out of the building with no instructions on how to check in. 35 minutes after the check in time an email was finally sent with check in information. Having some form of contact prior to check in would have made our experience much better

Beautiful beach.

Condo was old, the main floor was a disaster, dirty and under construction. The screened in porch obstructed our view somewhat. The access to the beach was great, the pool was nice and location was good. The kitchen was adequate but quite old.

Weekend Retreat

A great place for a quick getaway. The condo was very tidy and had everything we needed to enjoy a weekend visiting family. The highlight would definitely be the view from nearly every room! We enjoyed listening to the ocean at night and watching the waves from the balcony.

Amazing View

We chose this unit because of the ocean balcony, and it was even better than the pictures. The balcony is screened in and is equipped with 2 chairs and a lounge chair. You are so close to the ocean and you can hear the waves from both bedrooms. The living room furniture was comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need if you are preparing your own meals. There are beach chairs and kick boards in the unit for you to use. The pizza place across the street was very good and the cheese steak restaurant was also good. We highly recommend this Condo, we will be back!!
