There were many positives regarding our stay over Christmas. Jennifer was great to deal with. She was very responsive and helpful. She notified us ahead of time that the dryer wasn't operational, and due to Christmas, a repair person wouldn't be available until after Christmas. We appreciated her being forthcoming about it. The apartment was nicely updated, and fully stocked with kitchen utensils and appliances. The place was very clean and the beds were very comfortable.
We did have a few gripes though, that would prevent us from staying again, but may not bother other guests.
-The walls were very thin, so you could clearly hear neighbor's conversations and their TV's, and I'm certain they could hear us and our kids. Being a wood-frame condo, this can happen, but it was more excessive than I've seen in the past.
-A check-out checklist, outlining the cleaning expectations upon checkout, was attached to the front door. The list was quite lengthy (including but not limited to: vacuuming and/or sweeping all floors, stripping beds and pillows, and wiping down faucets so there were no hard water spots). Considering there was a generous cleaning fee included on the bill, we found this to be excessive. Had we known this upfront, we probably would've skipped on the property. We did ask Jennifer prior to check out if we could skip a few items on the list, as we didn't want to make too much noise first thing in the morning, and she was completely fine with it. I do think, however, that either the fee should be lowered, or the list should be a lot shorter.
Overall, we had a pretty good stay, but unfortunately we won't be repeat visitors.
