This warm and welcoming 65 m² house, ideal for 5 people, welcomes you in a peaceful setting, with an enclosed garden and a 15 m² terrace to fully enjoy the outdoors. Just a 5-minute walk from the beach, it's the ideal place to discover the Rhuys peninsula, take walks by the sea and savour local specialities.



Pass through the front door and discover a pleasant living space opening onto the terrace. This bright space includes a fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, Tassimo coffee maker and all the utensils necessary for preparing your meals), a dining table for 5 people, as well as a comfortable lounge with sofa and wood-burning stove, ideal for convivial evenings with family or friends. Behind the kitchen, you will find a bathroom with shower and an independent toilet.



On the first floor, two bedrooms await you. The first, with a balcony and sea view, is equipped with two single beds (90x190 cm). The second has a single bed (90x190 cm). A bathroom with toilet is also located on this floor.



On the second floor, a third spacious bedroom offers a Queen size bed (160x200 cm) and a large skylight providing a superb view of the coast.



For your comfort, a washing machine and tumble dryer are at your disposal throughout your stay.
