There is also a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom, and separate WC on this level. Upstairs, you will find three bedrooms with double beds, two bathrooms, and two WCs. Additional amenities include a washing machine, ironing board, and iron.



The 600 m² garden features two terraces, outdoor furniture, sun loungers, and a plancha grill. Parking is available on site for up to 4 vehicles. An electric vehicle charging station is at your disposal.



Just a 5-minute walk away in Brillac’s center, you will find a grocery store, a bar-tabac open daily, and a farm selling fresh vegetables. The gulf is 1 km away, and the Kerver and Goh Velin ocean beaches are 5 km away. Many cycling paths allow you to explore the Gulf of Morbihan. Port du Crouesty is a 10-minute drive, Vannes is 25 minutes away. Boat access from Port-Navalo to Belle-Île, Houat, Hédic, Île aux Moines, and Île d'Arz. Activities include beaches, water sports, sailing clubs, golf, horse riding, coastal trails, and cultural visits.
