"Great location, friendly staff, very comfortable room, and good breakfast. Definitely would recommend staying there. Only negative was that the tile floor in the shower is pretty slippery (they should really replace the tiles with ones with better grip) but that is a minor point and everything else ..."

"The hotel was beautiful but the reception staff were so helpful. It was not simple to travel to Turkistan from Shymkent. We had to travel back from Turkistan to Taskent border. The staff helped us to arrange a private car at a good price to reach the border safely."
