Valeria ist eine herzerwärmende Person. Sie hat das Haus liebevoll gestaltet und uns sehr herzlich aufgenommenDer Kontakt war einfach und unkompliziert und sie stand jederzeit für Fragen oder mit Hilfe zur Verfügung. Das Haus ist großartig, noch viel schöner, als auf dem Bildern. Ich vermisse jetzt schon das Küchen Equipment .Alles ist sauber und man vermisst absolut nichts. Von der Schlafzimmerterrasse einen Blick aufs Meer, der Weg beträgt 200m. Nachts hört man das Meeresrauschen, es ist fantastisch. Der karibische Strand Chia ist 20 min entfernt und absolut zu empfehlen . Pula( 5min entfernt) bietet an Infrastruktur Alles, was man braucht( Restaurants, Ärzte, Shops, Supermärkte, Wochenmarkt). Wir waren mit unserer Tochter (7jahre) und zwei Freunden dort und es wurde für jeden etwas gebotenZum Beispiel auch Turtle Rescue in Nora. Wir hatten eine fantastische Zeiz und würden immer wieder kommen.

Superb Sardinian house with pool and sea view

The owner is excellent, meeting us at the property to welcome us and providing lots of useful information and a very generous selection of starting off food supplies and cold drinks including local beer- a lovely touch adding to the welcome. The property is beautifully clean and presented. The kitchen is very well stocked with crockery and utensils. A definite home from home. We wanted for nothing. There is a large shady veranda for eating and comfy sofas overlooking a very neat garden and wonderful pool. The aircon was very efficient. It is situated in a quiet and friendly neighbourhood with a small beach just along the lane. The housekeeper was very discreet. We loved the house, location and everything about our holiday. This property is a real Sardinian gem!

Das Haus ist sehr zu empfehlen.

Wir waren vom ersten Tag ab sehr zufrieden. Der Check-in und die weitere Kommunikation mit Valeria war sehr herzlich und angenehm. Die Ausstattung des Hauses lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die Klimaanlage hat perfekt funktioniert, was in anderen Häusern nicht selbstverständlich war. Der Ausblick vom oberen Balkon auf das Meer, war auch traumhaft. Ein kleines Ärgernis waren die Moskitos, sobald man das Haus verlassen hat, wurde man gestochen.

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus direkt am Meer

Wir waren richtig begeistert von dem praktischen und wirklich hübsch eingerichteten Haus. Wir konnten vom Bett aus das Meer sehen und hören. Valeria hat uns sogar gekocht als wir angekommen sind, uns herzlich willkommen geheißen und alle Fragen beantwortet. Wir haben besonders den Pool, die Nähe zum Strand und die Privatsphäre genossen.

A home away from home

Valeria was amazing. Excellent communication, some lovely home made treats on arrival, lots of great recommendations for the local area. The house has everything you need for your stay. Sitting under the covered patio by the pool with the cool breeze in the afternoon was so relaxing. Highly recommended.

Great relaxing time in Porto Columbu

This was exactly what we had been looking for, a nice villa with a swimming pool close to the see. We had wonderful relaxing time there, very cosy. Pula is very close with all needed grocery stores. A car is strongly recommended, and gives access within half an hour to all the marvelous beaches south of Nora/Chia (Exceptional in May before it gets too crowded) Valeria has been a wonderful host, extremely responsive and supportive even during the week end. The stay was a full success and we can only recommend this place.

Great time in Pula

We had a really beautiful time in Sardegna. Beginning with the warm welcome from Valeria in her great equiped house. She cooked for us a great Sardegnian tomato / sausage-sauce. We also enjoyed the local specialities which she arranged when we arrived at the house. Everything was easy and uncomplicated during check-in and also check-out. We esteemed her tipps for beaches and restaurants in the region. We loved also to go to Pula in the evening for Apéro‘s or icecreams. Really nice! Thank you Valeria!

Place of relaxation

We were a group of 4 people and wanted to explore the south of sardinia in a relaxed manner. The accommodation is the perfect place for this. The house, the garden and the pool were clean. The kitchen was equipped with everything you need to cook. Communication with the owner was very good.

Perfect Sardinian Getaway

Our stay at the villa was fantastic! Valeria was such a gracious host and made the check-in process a breeze. The property’s is literal steps from the ocean (you can see it from the villa!). The town of Pula has many restaurants and attractions and is about a 5 minute drive. Wonderful stay all around!

wundervoller Urlaub in perfekter Lage

Der Aufenthalt in Valerias wunderschöner Unterkunft ließ keine Wünsche offen. Valeria ist eine sehr hilfsbereite und sympathische Gastgeberin. Für unsere Ankunft hat sie sardische Spezialitäten und Getränke vorbereitet. Es fehlte im Haus an nichts. Zudem hat sie uns hilfreiche Tips für Ausflugsziele in der Umgebung geben können. Great house in Sardinia

Valeria was an excellent (and generous) host - started us off right with some local foods (just what we needed after the trip over). The house is very nice, exactly as pictured, on a quiet street in a very comfortable neighborhood - great for walking and very close to beach (little rocky). Nearby Pula has all the shopping, restaurants and gelato we needed. Nice sandy beach in Nora. Mornings on the beach, afternoons in the pool, great food and wine the rest of the day - we all enjoyed the stay very much.

Villa stay near Pula

Valeria was lovely to deal with and the villa itself was really nice - as was the garden area. The listing states '1km from Pula', but this is a little misleading as you cannot walk into the town from the villa - it would take well over an hour. Unfortunately there was a lot of building work next door during our stay which of course is not the fault of the owners of the villa! Again, I'd stress the villa itself and dealing with Valeria was great. Our 1 year old toddler loved it!

Dream holiday that we will be repeating!!!

We went to Sardinia for a wedding and decided to make it a weeks holiday with our 2 and a half and nearly 5 year old daughters. We were taken by the location and the look of the villa. Before arrival the communication with the host Valeria was very good with every detail or question very well explained. Since our arrival Valeria made us feel very welcome into her home and got freshly made Italian pasta which it was a treat after a very early flight from the UK. The house is perfect for a relaxing holiday with kids, with a perfect outside area with bbq and pool and a lovely outside shower. The beach is just a 3m walk away. The house is very secured for kids with locking gates so it’s the neighbourhood. We had a rental car and we visited the surroundings areas which some of them make you feel like you are in the Caribbean but we actually enjoyed being just in the house and chilling. We will be definitely coming back again. Thank you Valeria and Gianetto for your hospitality and for sharing your house with us.

Sehr schöner Urlaub

Herzlichen Dank Valeria! Die Kommunikation war vor und während dem Aufenthalt hervorragend. Valeria hat uns bei Ankunft Spezialitäten der Region inkl. für die kleinen, 1 Jahr, bereitgestellt. Wir waren zu viert und hatten genügend Platz. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Zum Einkaufen kann man nach Pula und man findet alles, was man braucht. Die Strände im der Umgebung haben wir von 10 - 30 Min. Fahrzeit abgeklappert. Alle sind wunderschön! Auch in Porto Columbo kann man an den Strand, hier vermehrt Kieselsteine. Die Menschen sind alle sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend! Wir haben noch auf die Hunde in der Nachbarschaft hingewiesen. Auch hier versucht Valeria alles, damit es den Gästen gut geht. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und je nach Urlaub, kommen wir gerne wieder. Wichtig: es hat Mückengitter sowie Stecker, welche sehr wertvoll sind. Danke nochmals Valeria und alles Gute! Frida hat grosse Freude am kleinen Bären :-).

Wundervolles Haus !

Das Haus ist wunderschön und hat eine sehr gute Lage ! Man ist in wenigen Autominuten in Pula (sehr zu empfehlen ) und an zahlreichen Traumstränden. Das Haus hat alles was man für einen gelungenen und entspannten Urlaub benötigt und ist sehr komfortabel. Wir wurden sehr herzlich von der Eigentümerin empfangen. Sie hat sich sehr große Mühe gegeben. Als wir ankamen hatte sie den Kühlschrank mit sardinischen Köstlichkeiten gefüllt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.
