  • In the historic center of Sarnico and just steps from the lake, romantic apartment recently renovated. Entrance, entered the first floor of an ancient court. Property beautifully furnished double bedroom, bathroom with shower, kitchen and living room with sofa bed. Ideal for couples or small families.
    Arriving in the property of "Alley Ladder" natural instinct will be to enjoy the tranquility of the district, but if laziness does not overwhelm you, you will find a lot of alternative activities.
    Check-in on week practicable after 18. 30 hours, on the weekend of agreement with the customer.
    We offer a place to pay covered parking for € 5 per day.

Sehr gemütliche Wohnung im Zentrum der Altstadt

Die Wohnung, mitten in der Altstadt, ist sehr sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Lage ist ruhig und sehr zentral gelegen. Alle kleineren Geschäfte und Restaurants sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt und werden wiederkommen.

Eine Reise wert

Die Wohnung liegt direķt im historischen Zentrum von Sarnico, man ist in 2 Minuten am Wasser. Die Gegend ist toll, wie Monte Isola, Iseo und eben Sarnico, der See ist umringt von Bergen. Zum Baden muss man allerdings etwas laufen (ca. 2 km, Italiener fahren eher), ist aber kostenlos. Eine Fähre fährt übern See mit einigen Zwischenstops, so kann man ohne Auto die Gegend erkunden.. Wir haben den Aufenthalt genossen.

Super séjour !

Très belle rénovation de cette maisonnette dans le centre historique ! Il faut espérer que les autres maisons vont suivre l'exemple ! Séjour inoubliable dans ce logement très propre et bien équipé, confortable et très joliment décoré. Simona et Valentina ont pensé à tout, il ne manque rien ! La localisation du logement est par ailleurs idéale pour rayonner autour du lac et dans la région. Et les bicyclettes mises à disposition ont été un avantage inespéré et bienvenu ! Nous avons passé un excellent séjour !

Amazing and beautiful to stay

This place is an amazing place to stay. Right in the center of the historic downtown. The place had so much charm and felt warm and comfortable. The host was very inviting and we look forward to returning next year. We loved this place so much we will work our vacation around he availability of this wonderful home. I can’t say enough. Go see for yourself and you will not be dissapointed! And the area is a fabulous place to visit. Take a ferry, eat amazing food. It’s not crowded like Como or Garda lake. It’s another gem Italy has to offer.

Such a lovely spot!

After several days in Rome and Venice, Simona and Valentina's home in Sarnico was an oasis. The two are wonderful, welcoming hosts. The apartment is beautiful (and spotless)-- thoroughly and thoughtfully modernized while retaining its historic charm. Great shower, comfortable beds, stocked kitchen, A/C, a couple of bikes-- couldn't ask for more. Turns out, you don't have to-- on our rainy day, an umbrella appeared outside our door. We envied the guestbook guests who got to spend a week, and return year after year...

Eine super Wohnung mitten im historischen Stadtkern

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr gut eingerichtet, die Küche ist geräumig und vollständig mit allem notwendigen Küchenutensilien bestückt. In jedem Zimmer befindet sich eine Klimaanlage. Wir haben alle Restaurantbesuche und Einkäufe zu Fuß und jeweils in wenigen Minuten tätigen können, zum Beispiel zum Bäcker, Metzger, Gemüsehändler, zum Wochenmarkt … sogar zum Supermarkt, der ca. 10 Minuten entfernt liegt. Das Seeufer befindet sich etwa 100m vom Haus entfernt. Die Schiffsanlegestelle für eine Bootstour auf dem Iseosee ist in 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Die Vermieterin und ihre Tochter sind äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die von der Vermieterin angebotene Garage liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe der Ferienwohnng und ist in ca. 3 Minuten Fußweg zu erreichen. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Urlaubswoche!

Wonderful Apartment

We had the pleasure of spending 12 nights in this apartment, which was a perfect location for our holiday providing a base to explore locally around lake Iseo and to the north and east of Bergamo and travel further afield to Verona and Venice. The apartment, which sits above street level at the first floor, is in the lovely old town of Sarnico and as described just a short walk from the river/lake, restaurants and shops. The supermarket is also just a 10 minute walk away. The Apartment itself is modern and tastefully decorated and had everything we required for a relaxing stay including a mobile air-con unit (which we used some evenings) and washing machine and everything else in between. We also made use of the two bikes available. Parking was a short walk away and worth the additional fee. In short a wonderful apartment which ticked all the boxes. Communication prior and during our stay was clear and the handover at the beginning and end very easy.

Cozy, romantic apartment

Beautifully presented appartment. Interior design was fabulous and there was everything we could need to hand. The bed was extremely comfortable as well! The location in the historic centre of Sarnico was ideal. The paid garage parking arrangement was good value for money.

Iseo-See

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt am Iseo-See. Die Wohnung ist ein Traum. Super schön eingerichtet. Es fehlte an nichts. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war vorbildlich. Wir können diese Wohnung nur weiterempfelen. Nochmals vielen Dank an Simona und Valentina.

Ein super gemütliches Appartement im Zentrum der Altstadt

Ein super gemütliches Appartement im Zentrum der Altstadt, Auto haben wir in der Garage abgestellt, keine 5min zu Fuß entfernt und erst am Ende des Urlaubs wieder abgeholt. Alles zu Fuß zu erreichen, auch Supermarkt, Strandpromenade und beste Lokale....Mit dem Bus nach Bergamo, mit dem Schiff in andere Orte am See, inklusive Isola d´Iseo. Simona ist super freundlich, hat alles bestens erklärt. Die Ausstattung des Apartements ist erfreulich komplett. Sehr empfehlenswert!!

Fantastic accommodation in a stunning location. A well equipped, centrally located apartment

We had a fantastic stay in this beautiful apartment, which is centrally located in the historical centre of Sarnico. The apartment is very well equipped and tastefully furnished for a luxurious stay. Sarnico is a great location for enjoying Lake Iseo but also for exploring the surrounding area. We also travelled easily to Lake Como, Lake Garda, Milan (by train) and the spa at San Pellegrino from here. The boat trip from Sarnico to beautiful Mt Isola is definitely worth taking. I could not recommend this flat or this area highly enough. There is a good supermarket in easy walking distance. We took up the offer of the garage for our hirecar, which was well worth doing as parking is very limited in this pedestrianised area. Simona is a wonderful host, very friendly and helpful. We hope to return!

un nid douillet

Appartement très confortable, intérieur soigné, cuisine bien aménagée. Environnement calme à quelques pas du lac. Tous les commerçants à proximité (boulangerie, boucherie tout à côté). Possibilité de louer un garage pas très loin de la maison, très appréciable à Sarnico. Accueil sympathique de Valentina. Nous recommandons cet appartement.
