The Resort Life- Pools, Beach Club, Gym, King Bed

Pacifico is the best of the “Resort Life” to be found in Playa del Coco. Coco’s most exclusive resort offers amenities not found anywhere else. From its four massive pools, including one with lap lanes and a community hot tub, to its one of a kind sports center featuring six pickleball courts, a tennis court, a basketball court, and so much more.

Located in the highly sought after Lifestyle Building, often regarded as the best in the resort due to its superior location, this residence offers both convenience and tranquility. The spacious private deck is shaded almost the entire day, with only about an hour of late afternoon sun. It overlooks the aptly named “Library Pool,” known for its peaceful atmosphere, as younger guests typically gravitate toward the resort’s three more active pools. Lush tropical landscaping surrounds the pool, creating a serene and relaxing setting whether you are enjoying the view from your private deck or lounging poolside. Being situated just inside the main secured entrance also provides easy access to town by foot or vehicle.

The residence features an open floor plan with a spacious, fully equipped kitchen offering ample counter space, a breakfast bar with seating for three, a large side by side refrigerator with ice maker, and a stacked washer and dryer closet. Adjacent to the kitchen is a dining area with seating for six. A striking floor to ceiling wall mural, recently commissioned from a local artist, sits across from the dining table and adds a vibrant Costa Rican flair to the space.

The living room is comfortably furnished with a queen sleeper sofa, loveseat, two armchairs, and a flat screen smart TV, creating a welcoming space for relaxation or additional sleeping accommodations.

The primary suite features a king bed, smart TV, and a spacious en suite bathroom with double vanities, a walk in shower, separate water closet, and large walk in closet with a safe.

Both the living room and primary suite feature floor to ceiling sliding doors that fill the space with natural light while showcasing picturesque views of the gardens and pool.

The second bedroom is furnished with a queen bed and is served by a hall bathroom with a tiled shower.

There are no bathtubs in either bathroom in the unit.

Guests have full access to the entire condo, You will be provided a QR Code for entry into the development and an exclusive door code for entry into the dwelling during your stay.

Guest do have shared access to the the following common amentities:

POOLS
You have access to all four pools, Pools are open from 8AM to 9PM, The pool located closes to the sports complex does have two 25 meter lap lanes.
Food and bevarage can be purchased with poolside service or at the bar/restaurant hut situated at one of the pools.

PACIFICO GYM
There gym located in the shops at the entrance way into the development. The gym is fee based. Please inquire with the gym directly for pricing.
PACIFICO BEACH CLUB
The PACIFICO Beach Club is exclusive to PACIFICO guests and offers infinity-edge, ocean view pools, multiple lounge areas, and poolside food & drink service.

All guests in PACIFICO have access to this beautiful facility. To use Pacifico Beach Club, guests pay $35 per person, per day. The Beach Club will credit $25 to your food & beverage `tab` for the day, and the remaining $10 is the cost to use the facility. Guests under 12 are not charged. The Beach Club provides pool towels, and complimentary shuttle service between the development and the Beach Club.

Guests have full access to the beach chairs, lounge areas and umbrellas. Cabanas are by reservation only and an extra fee applies. Renters are not permitted to reserve cabanas in advance but can inquire at the Pacifico Beach Club reception about availability and cost. The PACIFICO offers a free shuttle service between the PACIFICO development and the PACIFICO Beach Club.

*The Pacifico Beach Club is closed each year for the month of October.
*The Pacifico Beach Club may close to the public due to private events at any time during the year. These closures are out of our control, and we try to communicate them to guests as soon as we are informed.

PACIFICO SPORTS COMPLEX
Guests have access to the tennis courts, pickleball courts, basketball court and soccer pitch at the PACIFICO Sports Complex. The facility is open to guests daily from 10am to 3pm. Equipment is not provided.

Our manager, Marina, who resides in Coco, will be available to assist with emergent matters 24/7. For non-emergent matters, we ask that you contact her between 9 AM and 9 PM. Her contact information will be provided prior to check-in.

Security staff the gate 24/7 and may be contacted in the event of an emergency.

The complex management office is located on the second floor of the shops at the entrance to the complex. They maintain normal business hours and close for lunch between 12 PM and 1 PM. They should only be contacted for matters involving common amenities.
