We've stayed in quite a few home rentals in this area, and this house so far is our favorite. It is centrally located to everything you would want to do in and around Coco, well appointed with everything we needed for our stay, and the layout of the house and the spaces was ideal. Every room has door access to the pool, and a spectacular view of the ocean and landscape. Every room had it's own bathroom. We were travelling with teenagers and my father in law and this suited everyone. The teeangers loved the black out shades so they could sleep late. Plenty of extra blankets, pillows and beach towels. Every chair, indoors and outdoors, was so comfortable. We all loved that the pool had a large shallow platform where you could sit in the pool and read and stretch out your legs, or it would be great for little ones who don't swim yet but want to splash around. There were pool floats and a pump provided that we connected to the cigarette lighter in our vehicle to inflate the pool floats. Host company was very responsive on any questions we had during our stay. There was a pretty big miscommunication about an excursion we booked through them resulting in the completely wrong excursion being booked. We made the best of it, but I would just communicate with them on home related items, and recommend booking any excursions through Beard and Wild, whom we used last time with great success. But the home management side was great. This home had it all. 10/10 recommend.
