"We loved the place. It was huge and clean. There were 9 of us and we had so much extra room! Super clean and well equipped.Our only gripe was that the posting made it seem a lot closer to the beach than it was. It’s a 5 minute drive to the beach, not walkable. The pin drop makes it look like it’s a block from the beach. "

"What an amazing place to stay on the Playa Del Coco coast!! We enjoyed Tim's home so much we never wanted to leave! "The home was great, communication and the response of any issues were handled expeditiously. They were always kind and provided answers to any questions that were asked of them. "The property was everything as advertised and more. The onsite host/caretaker Maikol was very helpful and really made everything easy. A couple tips for first timers to this area. Make sure you do your grocery shopping in Liberia before heading west to the house, groceries are a little scarce and alot pricier than in the city. "Looking for a place for a family of 7 isn't easy. There were some hurdles at first for check-in, but those were remedied through communication with the host/owner. Well stocked kitchen and spices made cooking so much more enjoyable. The home was stocked with plenty of towels.We didn't know about the septic issues until we received the information about the home just before check-in. And mold on the ceilings was not disclosed as well, but could be an issue for those with respiratory issues. ...
