Rooms especially bathrooms could use a good sprucing up. Tubs and shower areas are pitted and out of date, but the facility was clean. Overall stay was good.

Bet on this one!
After hospitality agita elsewhere I booked this on the last race wknd of the season. Kora and Bri at the front desk were friendly, helpful & made check-in a breeze. Guest relations Mgr also seriously helpful. This was so refreshing after a long day. Forget hotels close to the track. This is the place to stay. And there's a frequent free shuttle to Broadway and the track. Can't ask for more. Thank you!

The staff was extremely nice and helpful. The pool area was extremely disappointing. The pictures of the pool, make the main pool look very big, when in reality it is very very small. The water was VERY cloudy and even murky. The flooring around the hot tub was cracked, and dirty looking. It is apparent that this area is not well maintained. I did not appreciate the deceiving pictures on the website. I would've went somewhere else, as we chose to go there for the pool and couldn't even enjoy it.

They had a starbucks on premise! it was only open until 11 am though. We enjoyed it for 2 mornings though!

Great Stay
The hotel was very clean and the front desk staff was very friendly and efficient. The beds were quite uncomfortable, but that was the only negative to the whole stay. We wanted a place close to Skidmore and this definitely worked!

We woke up to a water main break, no water in the hotel, unable to use the bathroom for anything, showers etc. Not notified by the staff, and it was not posted anywhere in the building.
