We stayed for 1 week in July and found the condo to be clean, bright and in a wonderful location. The host, Jeff and Madeline were very attentive without being intrusive. They were quick to reply to any questions we had. The kitchen was fully stocked. There was plenty of room for the 6 of us. We loved the lake view from the deck. The facilities included the 2 pools, beach, and exercise room and were great additions. The only problem was trying to figure out where everyone was! We took our bikes and rode the Zim Smith trail which was really enjoyable. Great time on Saratoga Lake!.

It's a good one!

This is a great lake house to rent! Plenty of room, great views of the lake, a well appointed kitchen, and comfortable beds. I would rent this place again for sure!

Relax and explore

We have enjoyed this home 5 times now and it always provides a relaxing stay. Big open floor plan allows for togetherness but there are spaces for privacy as well. Will always come back.

Very nice property. Some screens needed repair, garbage cans were full when we arrived. Screens and windows had a lot of cobwebs that needed cleaning. New towels would be a big improvement. Overall home is as represented with a great view in a beautiful location.

Beautiful lake house

This is our second time staying in this house. The property has great amenities, a beautiful view of the lake and a super cozy and clean house. We’d definitely stay a third time! Owners are great to work with and are available for any questions. Don’t miss this property!

Great Home on Lake

Great experience. Beautiful views. Plenty of space. Fun amenities. Gracious hosts. Only thing to be mindful of is there are a lot of stairs. Not a problem for our group but figured I'd mention.

Wonderful week. Enjoy the view from the deck every morning. Nice house, large and well stocked. The community rec. area is a big plus. Pool, beach, tennis courts and fitness center. Only negative is that the deck does need some updating. My second time here and would definitely go again.

Beautiful home on Saratoga Lake

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful lake house. The views are amazing and was a great space to spend a few days with friends/family. The home was well stocked with everything we needed. Plenty of space for privacy as well as together time. The views just relax you as soon as you walk in. We enjoyed the amenities at the community center. It has a beautiful outdoor pool. Jeff and Madeline were attentive to all of you needs and easy to communicate with. We will be back!

Wonderful stay on Saratoga Lake

We took our family (including our 10 and 5 year old grandaughters) to this beautiful lakeside townhome. The 10 year old said it's the nicest Place we've stayed since summer Vacationing with them. The size was exceptional ....if anyone wanted to get away there was always room somewhere....3 levels including basement living room and 2 Decks. Fully stocked Kitchen. The owners, Madeline and Jeff, were outstanding hosts. Hope to be back next summer.

Lakeside bliss

This is the fourth time we have stayed at this property. The view of the lake as you enter beckons you to spend as much time as possible watching the boats and kayaks and the occasional fish jumping out of the water. Plenty of room on the 3 levels and lots of kitchen equipment and dishes. Very quiet neighborhood and only 10-12 minutes to town.

Another amazing stay

This was our second time staying at Jeff and Madeline’s wonderful home during racing season. There was plenty of room for our family of five adults and four small children to spread out and have privacy during our almost two week stay. The hosts are very responsive and concerned about their guests’ every need. The lakeside location is a quiet respite from the track and bustling downtown.

Beautiful home located right on Saratoga Lake. utilized all the amenities. Gathered with family on the beach. Had evening family gatherings around the fire pit on the beach. Even enjoyed a family volleyball game on the beach. The Home offered plenty of space for gatherings and entertaining. Stayed for an entire month. No complaints.

5 Stars +++

This is the second time we have stayed at this home and everything was as wonderful as the first time. The home is spacious, the kitchen is very well stocked with utensils, pots and pans; the grill on the deck is super-convenient and everything was very clean and no musty smell anywhere. The owners checked in via text to make sure everything was as expected. I spent many blissful hours on the upper deck just staring at the lake - that view is priceless; and we enjoyed the access to the community pool and beach - never crowded. We will return to this home many times in the future if we are so lucky.

Amazing home on beautiful Saratoga Lake

This house was perfect. Plenty of space for the 6 of us and such amazing views. The pool and beach was a short distance from the house and very centrally located to restaurants/Broadway/shops. This house would easily hold 8 or more people.

Great family getaway!

We enjoyed relaxing and taking in the view. The neighborhood pools were great. The neighborhood has a racquetball court and tennis courts we did not use because we did not bring our rackets. When we had questions the communication was great.

Birthday Celebration

We had a wonderful stay. The townhouse was very nice and the owners were very responsive if we had any questions or issues. We hope to visit again in the summer when we can enjoy the outside decks. The view is spectacular.

Perfect vacation in idyllic setting

We had the most wonderful time at Madeline and Jeff’s house. The house is very nice, spacious and very well appointed. It overlooks Lake Saratoga offering gorgeous views from sunrise to sunset. It located in a nice, quiet neighborhood within 10min of downtown. The community has many fabulous amenities to offer (pool, sauna, tennis courts, etc) and it could not have made for better endings to our outdoorsy days. We went skiing all week and the kids just loved getting to go swimming after. One day a heavy winter storm went through bringing lots of snow and we were amazed at how well the community handled it. Not only the streets were cleared in no time but they also cleared the driveways and walkways to the front door. The owners Madeline and Jeff are very easy to communicate with and seem like lovely people. We loved our time at their house and enjoyed it to the fullest. We cannot wait to come back and will happily recommend their property!
