"Was uns nicht gefallen hat, war das Frühstück . Man sollte mehr Abwechslung haben. Bei mehreren Tagen, wird es einfach schwer. Man sollte die Wurst Sorten wechseln , auch etwas Obst währe nicht schlecht. Macht euch einfach Gedanken. Wir werden wieder kommen , und vielleicht sehen wir Veränderungen. ..."

"They are very rude and mad all the time. They have no understanding of what customer service is, we stayed one night and left. I come to Sovata 3-5 times a year and they won’t be seeing us again. Crystal Hotel is the best."
