Vacations were great

The property is as you can see in the announcement, just like the pictures. The check in process is super simple. The neighborhood is gorgeous and calm. We had some issues with the wifi and we received immediate response and solution. Everything lovely. 100% recommended. We will definitely repeat

Amazing layout for our 3 person family. We were able to host family and friends for Christmas Eve and Christmas dinners. Great neighborhood and super convenient walk to Lido Beach.

This property looks all new and is gorgeous! It is very clean, has everything you need to cook, has the perfect amount of furniture and decoration without being cluttered, and we could not have been happier with our stay! It was a short block to the beach, and very easy to walk right out onto the public beach. Everything in this place can be thoroughly cleaned, so I appreciated that it did not have any carpet or fabric couches, very little that couldn’t be bleached or disinfected between visitors. We have a few weeks of timeshares in the area that were not completely ready from the hurricanes last year, but if the need ever arises again, I would happily book this place. It was quiet and reasonably priced-perfection!

Great location and spotless!

Great location- short walk to beach with everything we needed to enjoy the beach. Spotless! Great communication and contact with host. Had some issues with hot water in shower. We each got cold showers a couple of times Also wouldve love more paper products

It was OK

Close to beach and Armada cir. The unit was well equipped. The AC was not working and was replaced on our 4th day. The workman were in the unit a full day. No attempt was made to compensate us for the inconvenience.The WI-FI constantly went out. The walls are so thin you can hear a normal conversation. A family with kids moved in at the end of our stay so I was happy to leave.

Not the 5 stars I read about

I spent two weeks so feel I can give an accurate review. When I arrived there were ants in the kitchen and they brought Terro ant bait. Then at night the cockroaches came out in the kitchen. One should bring their own pillows very uncomfortable as well as hard beds. Rooms are sparse. Nothing to put luggage on. A bed and two night tables in each room. No mirrors except for in bathroom. I knew it was a duplex but did not realize (given all the 5 star reviews about how quiet it was) how noisy it would be for two weeks :-( No insulation and a shared door you can hear everything when someone stays in other side. When housekeepers come to clean they are really loud and blare music while cleaning. Management said they would address, but they did not. A new house was being built from ground up right next door so I woke up to buzz saws and hammering every morning and all day :-( Only relief was on weekend. Outside the window of king room is a dilapidated house and back yard. I asked that light be fixed outside door (it gets dark and hard to see going upstairs at night) never was fixed and I fell the last night I was there and pulled a muscle. Was dark and I missed a step. Garage was nice but opener was missing. Bikes and toys in garage were a plus. Location is fantastic! However when the morning traffic starts seems to be a steady stream of cars starting around 6AM and work trucks zooming past every few minutes. Windows are not at all insulated. Well they cut you so can't finish!

Location, location, location

My family and I had a really nice time staying at the property. The townhouse is located 1 block from the beach and less than 10 minutes walk to all the shops and restaurants. The place was spacious, updated and most important clean. We had one plumbing issue, but the management was very responsive and was actively working on the resolution. We appreciated having beach towels, beach chairs and toys. We will definitely stay again. Also, I would like to mention, the property manager was wonderful. We left something behind when we left, and she drove 30 minutes one way, out of her way , to bring us the lost item.

Great place to Enjoy the Beach!

This duplex was modern, spacious, and spotlessly clean. The rooms were large and made us feel right at home. We loved the proximity to the beach and St Armand's Circle. The management company was great and very responsive to any queries that we had. We're looking forward to this becoming an annual trip!

Beautiful located property

The property was perfect for the amount of time I was there ! Very clean would love to stay here again soon , great location!! I pray for these people in Flordia and was sad to have to evacuate the property early due to the hurricane!

Birthday Getaway

Love the location, Master bed could be improved. And a working coffee pot. Other than those two, the home is clean and stocked. Easy to get to the circle and the beach. Love Lido Beach. Would stay again. Just remember not to leave anything behind, you will not get back. Lol!

Wonderful!!!

We had to travel with short notice due to the passing of my grandmother and typically we stay in one of the beachfront hotels, but due to short notice the one we normally stay at was full. A friend told us to look into VRBO, which we had never heard of and we found this house and it was perfect! The house itself is absolutely beautiful! Being from this area originally I prefer to only stay near Lido, so this house was perfect!!! Traveling with a four year old staying in a house worked out better than any hotel could have! The house was clean (which was important because our granddaughter plays on the floor), spacious and was fully stocked with everything we would need for our time. They even had beach toys for our granddaughter! Close access to the beach and St. Armand’s (an area we love) was perfect!! Also have to mention, my granddaughter fell in love with Big Olaf’s Creamery (cotton candy) Ice Cream and to any adult - we have to recommend Daiquiri Deck Happy Hour 😉 We will definitely rent again in the future!!!

Outstanding

Great location. Everything was just as it was highlighted in the description. Close to major sites including the amazing Lido Beach. Nice size rooms, bathrooms and kitchen. Even saw a rainbow while on the beach! Easy to get to all parts of Sarasota. Great maintenance service. Had one concern and it was fixed in a jiffy! Can't wait to return. Way too short a visit!
