Besides the beaches, this property's pool was the highlight of our vacation. Chet responded promptly to my messages, the house was exactly as it appears on the website, overall it's excellent, we'll stay there again!

This property was absolutely amazing! The host is truly one of the best—excellent communication, very responsive, and clearly committed to making sure guests have the best experience possible. Everything about our stay was perfect.The house was spotless and well-stocked, with a kitchen that included thoughtful touches like spices and other essentials you might need in a pinch. Bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious, and the master suite was a highlight with a large shower (multiple shower heads), jacuzzi tub, and plenty of towels. We also loved the convenience of having washers and dryers both upstairs and downstairs.The outdoor space was just as impressive—the pool and hot tub were perfect, and the quiet neighborhood with respectful neighbors made it easy to relax.We had the best time here and would absolutely return. Highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay!

The property is wonderful and all of the amenities are there! Five minutes from Siesta key beach and "the strip" of activities and restaurants and night life but quiet and relaxing at the house if thats what you want as well. For a party of 10 adults with various interests and culinary tastes it was great. You can cook at home and relax in the pool/spa or dine out close by. The beaches are beautiful and the house has everything you would want/need for a family. This host is attentive and responsive quickly to any and all needs of a large party. I highly recommend!

Excellent property with first class amenities

Simple and easy check-in process, great recommendations for food options and locations, proactive communication with the property owner, and a fantastic location, particularly for accessing Siesta Key and Lido Key beaches. Highly recommend and would come back personally.

Beautiful home minutes from beach.

Very beautiful home plenty of room for family. Pool and pool area is wonderful. Within minutes of Siesta Key beach. Shell Beach is within walking distance but is basically gone from hurricane. Great place.

Amazing home for families

We had an amazing stay at this VRBO! The home was beautiful, clean, and incredibly comfortable—perfect for a relaxing getaway. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook and enjoy meals together. We also really appreciated all the thoughtful touches like beach gear, toys for the kids, and plenty of extras that made our stay so easy and enjoyable. This home is clearly well cared for, and it made our trip that much better. Highly recommend!

Fabulous house

We loved the pool, the ping pong table and the bikes! The layout and privacy were spot on for everyone. Kitchen had everything we needed although we mostly grilled when we ate at home. One of the sleeper sofas is in the largest bedroom so kids could be close but other adults could spread out and have privacy. Communications were timely., location was nice easy access to Siesta and Sarasota. Found some amazing beaches and restaurants…

Amazing Time

Property and House were Perfect. Trip consisted of 4 adults and 5 children under 11. Plenty of space and house was beautiful. Only a 5 minute drive to Siesta Village and the beach. Kids enjoyed swimming in the pool while adults relaxed after a long day. Chet was an amazing host - very accommodating and one of the best we have dealt with. We will definitely be coming back.

Bay Isle Rental in Siesta Key

Our family loved the Bay Isle rental property in Siesta Key and it was a pleasure to have Chet as our host. He was attentive to our needs and responded when we had questions as well as being knowledgeable about the area and recommended places to visit a s eat (where the locals like to go) during our stay.I hope we can work out coming back next year and even extend our stay but at least another week.

Absolutely Amazing stay

House is actually more beautiful than pictured! Everything you could need is at the house from pool toys, spices, shampoo/conditioner, soap, towels, etc. The house is beautiful and we had so much fun in the pool- definitely a trip to remember!!

Family Trip 2024

Let me start this review with …The house is amazing, beautiful, welcoming, all extras you may need are provided; beach toys, beach towels, paper towels, toilet paper, coffee and so much more. The host is wonderful as well. Now for the be aware of… if you have any hearing or mobility issues in your party. This house does not have a bedroom on main floor so steps are required to get to all bedrooms, also steps to get in garage, and to front door. More steps then expected caused a bit of trouble for my 80+ yo mom with limited mobility. As for the hearing issue, there are few rugs to absorb the sound through the home so it does not take much for it to become very loud. We found a local beach worth sharing, its called Turtle Beach a bit further but not as crowded as others and easy parking and walk to beach and distance to water.

One of Siesta Key's BEST

This is the type of property that you come back to more than once. This was our second stay here and we LOVE the place. Everything a family needs and MORE! Great vacation!

The house was remarkable! Had pretty much everything you could possibly need! Best property I have ever stayed in. Also any questions I had Chet was awesome in helping! If you want a great place, book this house!! It is awesome! Only thing that would have been easier for me since I am older would have been to have had THIS house closer to the beach but had a great pool and hot tub so spent lots of time there but we did spend time at several of the beaches. Thank you Chet and VRBO!
