House exceeded expectations for family with all ages to enjoy family time! Where to start… clean spacious house, with a great pool, views of bay and beach, bikes to ride around town and close walk to restaurants and beach. Paddle boarding everyday with manatees right off the dock! Thank you for a great vacation at this beautiful house!!

Perfect Sarasota St. Armand Location

Family reunion time. Everybody had their own bedroom. This is a fun and very cool house! House manager took great care to make sure everything went seamless.

Perfect ending to our summer!

We all loved our stay at the Ringling Estate and will hopefully be back next summer, if not before. We loved the location, just a block from shopping on one side, and a block from the beach on the other. A quiet street. A dock out back made it easy to have a boat. A kayak and a paddleboard made it extra fun to interact with the manatees that visited each day. We LOVED the pool and all the space the backyard provided for us to play. The hammocks were so peaceful. The grill was spotless and worked well. Guys loved the golf simulator and the TV on the covered patio, especially on our one rainy day. The kitchen was wonderful, very spacious, and had plenty of supplies. I would recommend adding some larger serving platters and bowls and baking dishes. If we had had every bed filled, it would have been even more challenging to serve our family at meal time. We also wished there were champagne glasses and real wine glasses. We made due with the stemless but it was a surprise. Seems nitpicky but It just a preference. All of the dishware was just so nice and new. Can’t tell you how amazing it was to have 2 dishwashers. Loved the table on the balcony for another dining option. Elevator was super helpful, especially for my elderly mother-in-law. Beds super comfy in every single room!! We had a very full week and all the amenities and comforts with this property made it extra special. Oh…the sunsets from the rooftop…Ahhhhmazing! It just the perfect peaceful place. Book it now!!

Relaxing retreat!

Our stay here was fabulous! The house is beautiful, nicely decorated, and immaculately clean. The pool area is like having your own resort. The dock is the perfect spot to do some fishing. The management company was great to work with. They checked I. With us after we were settled in to see if we needed anything. We had a problem with the code the garage and they immediately sent someone over to fix it. It is a very short walk to the beach as well as to St. Armand Circle. St. Armand’s has great shopping and dining. I highly recommend staying here!

I cannot say enough good things about this beautiful house! The location is perfect! The beach & amazing restaurants both a 2 minute walk! There is absolutely nothing comparable! Hemi, our host, was amazing! He made sure we were comfortable & answered all of our questions! You cannot go wrong renting this beautiful house!

Perfect Beach Getaway

We loved this house. It was beautifully decorated, clean, welcoming and comfortable. It accommodated our family of 11 very well, including our little kids. Beautiful views, manatees in the bay every morning, close to the beach and walking distance to everything St Armands has to offer. Would love to come back again someday!

Wonderful Property

We had an incredible time at Ringling! There were 11 of us - all adults and the space was perfect! Everyone (couples) had their own rooms, and bathrooms. The house was impeccable. We had everything we needed for preparing meals. The ice machine doesn’t work too great (as most) but a bag of ice in the extra freezer works fine! The host extremely responsive and gave us a tour upon arrival. We could walk in 2 minutes to Armand Circle where there are a plethora of restaurants and shops. It was also 2 minutes to be on the beach! There were bikes, carts to take things to the beach, a kayak and a paddle board (life jackets). The only downside for me was the busy street and traffic sounds - but a trade off to be so close to town for those in our group that love to shop! I would definitely rent from Vunique again. It was a pleasure from start to finish! One hint - we rented cabanas from Cabana Club of Sarasota and it was brilliant. They set up the cabanas and chairs each morning and took them down later. Came with chairs, towels, cooler with ice and water, blue tooth and phone chargers.

Christmas Vacation

My family and I had the best time at the Ringling Estate. We had 9 adults and 2 babies and everyone had enough room to relax and there was plenty to keep everyone entertained. House was gorgeous and steps away from the town and the beach. A great week!!

Fabulous In Every Way

What an amazing and fabulous experience our group had staying at The Ringling Estate. The house is in a perfect location, is close to everything including the beach, has an awesome pool and hot tub and enough space all around for a large group. Perfec!

Absolute Perfection!

The pictures don’t do this house justice. Just steps away from the beach and shops/restaurants. We spent lazy days at the pool, paddle boarded by the manatees, walked around town, rode bikes to the tiki bar, and set out for beach days with the wagons, coolers and beach chairs. The house was plenty big for the 16 of us. We enjoyed every space the house had to offer and the amazing sunsets from the rooftop deck. Don’t have enough good things to say about this place. 10/10 for sure!!!!

Lido Perfection

Beautiful home, clean, perfect location,wished we could have stayed longer. Comfortable beds, beautiful views, St. Armand’s Circle and the Beach all in walking distance, nice pool, kayaks and paddle boarding from the back yard.Manatees visiting my grandkids at the dock was just a nice bonus.

The Best Family Vacation!

Our family of 11 included grandparents, children and grandchildren. This home was perfect in every way for our needs! Enough bedrooms, baths, inside spaces to gather and the outdoor spaces were incredible too! We had room to spread out and gather and the joke was, if anyone has a bad attitude, go find another corner of the house because there are plenty to find! They thought of everything when setting up the house. Being in construction and design, they created well planned spaces, plenty of room for storage and items that we needed to cook in, be entertained and enjoy the water and great biking around the area! They thought of EVERYTHING! Location was perfect for us too! So close to walk or bike to Lido and enjoy the dining and shopping on the square! The communication was unbelievable before, during and after. We had a small thing come up at the house and within 15 minutes they sent over someone to tend to it. Everyone was incredibly inviting, warm, helpful and just as excited as we were for us to be there! We’re definitely looking forward to another stay in the future! Thanks for giving out family an amazing place to make lifelong family memories!
