Great place! Close to beaches.

A great place for our one month visit to Venice. The pool was warm, beaches 10 minutes away, beds comfortable and there was plenty of room in the newly renovated home. The hosts had all the toys we needed -boogy boards, shark tooth sifters,bikes!

Second Stay w/ Casa Coco

This is our second time staying at Casa Coco. We’ve stayed at both properties now and both are amazing. The owners go above and beyond to provide everything you will need. Any issue that may come up will be taken care of immediately and communication is easy. The house is unbelievably clean and the beds were so comfortable. They have provided everything you’ll need for a day at the beach, including four nice beach chairs, an umbrella, wagon and towels. It’s so nice to not have to pack these things. We will always recommend Casa Coco for anyone looking for a relaxing time away.

Winter getaway

Casa Coco was an awesome getaway! After a Minnesota snowstorm canceled our flights, Chester and Aneta were extremely helpful. Going as far as to help us find a flight. We made it two days late, but it was worth it! The house and pool were perfect. After asking for some recommendations for restaurants, the owners suggestions were perfect. Definitely looking forward to coming back and staying at Casa Coco! Thanks for a great vacation!

Our 3rd Stay at Casa Coco

Fantastic week as always. The house is beautifully maintained and spotlessly clean. Chester and Aneta are always prompt in replying to questions. Everything possibly needed is provided. The pool and outdoor living area provide a peaceful, relaxing, and private oasis. Manasota Beach is less than a 10 minute drive away. Wonderful place with tremendous owners / hosts!

We loved Casa Coco!

We loved this house! Very clean, beautifully decorated, and comfortable. The layout was perfect for our family. The pool area was very private and offered great options for sitting in or out of the sun. The house is close to beaches and shopping. The owners were very responsive and nice. I totally understand the many five star reviews for this property. I’m very critical and picky when it comes to rental properties, and Casa Coco didn’t disappoint!

Lovely vacation home

We very much enjoyed our vacation at CasaCoco. This home is in a quiet neighborhood yet convenient to stores/restaurants and a short drive to several beaches. The home is immaculate and nicely decorated; beds were comfortable and everything you might need is provided. The backyard/pool area is quiet, private and relaxing. Our hosts, Chester and Aneta, were attentive but not intrusive. They went out of their way to mail an item we forgot back to us. We would not hesitate to recommend this home.

Christmas at Casa Coco

We enjoyed our Christmas at Aneta and Chester’s place two years ago so much that we couldn’t wait to come back! It’s the coziest spot in Venice with a lovely private backyard and heated pool. It’s 9 minutes from the beach, bike trails, parks and playgrounds. We highly recommend Magnolias in Englewood for a special night out.

Great place to stay!

This was the perfect spot for my husband & I to spend our honeymoon. It is within minutes to different beaches, stores & restaurants. We looked forward to swimming in the pool each day. The home is exactly what the pictures portray. Very clean, relaxing and safe. We felt as if we were at home! We were very appreciative of the beach chairs, umbrella, etc provided for our access to exploring different beaches. The owners are great to work with and had good tips/recommendations for the Venice area. We definitely will be back and encourage others to try this place out! It does NOT disappoint.

Perfect home away from home

This house was a perfect place for us to spend Thanksgiving and reflect on how good life can be. Everything from the inside to the outdoor decor is warm and welcoming. Both bedrooms have king sized beds which was not only great for my husband and I but great for my kids who shared the second bedroom. The saltwater pool is heated and very inviting! Aneta and Chester were very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed… even gave us instructions on how to access Fox Sports so we could watch the World Cup! We would love to stay here again in the future!

Truly outstanding! Quiet neighborhood, extremely clean house, perfectly furnished. Great communication from Chester. Great private pool, wonderful outside living area, garage parking, washer and dryer. I could go on and on. Already looking to book another stay next year.

The Perfect Place

My son and I decided to go to our most favorite spot to soak up some Florida sun! CasaCoco was better than we imagined! This gorgeous home was equipped with everything we needed! Next time we will pack less! The pool area is a nice place to wind down the evening and just relax. Communication with Chester was perfect! He’s very friendly! We felt welcome! Clean, Cozy and Convenient to Everything

What a beautiful home! Everything was absolutely spotless, the beds were quite comfortable, and the pool/lanai area was so relaxing. The kitchen was also well equipped, so we didn't have to eat out every meal. Chester & Aneta were wonderful to work with, ensuring that we had everything we needed – from beach chairs/coolers to good restaurant recommendations. We are already looking forward to our next visit!

Epic and outstanding!!!

I'll try to describe perfection in 2 words: Casa Coco. The house is just as described and even better than the pictures. It has every thing you may need for a great beach vacation. It is conveniently located within Venice and overall in Florida, very close by there is a big grocery store, good lunch/ dinning options, gas station, the beach, etc. . Close to several beaches in Florida as well, so if you want to visit one different every day, like we did, you can do that (Manasota beach, Venice Pier, Caspersen, Siesta Key, Manatee Beach, etc.) From 8 min drive to 30 to 45 minute drive, excellent location. The house is super clean, one of the cleanest, if not the cleanest we've stayed at. The pool area is superb!!! we spent most evenings there just chilling out after a great beach day and having dinner outside. The distribution of the house is ideal; 2 spacious and confortable rooms separated by a beautiful kitchen and living area. The kitchen is very functional and has everything you'd need to prepare any meals. House has a big garage that fitted easily our minivan. Very easy to unload and load as garage is connected to the house. The vibe of the house is very relaxed and there are inspirational/relaxing quotes throughout the house that help a lot to disconnect and get into vacation mood.. Chester and Anneta are GREAT hosts, very responsive and you can feel the care and detail they put into every aspect of the house for their guests and this starts with the welcome details we found at our arrival. Great surprise!!. All the 5 star reviews you see are real and spot on, I read them and that helped me decide, but honestly I thought "to good to be true"...well... it is all good and true. We had an amazing time and we will definitely be back to enjoy another vacation at this epic beach home. -Enrique & Karen

Beautiful Venice vacation at Casa Coco!

My sister and I took a very much needed vacation to Venice, and we were so happy that we chose Casa Coco. The home was beautiful, comfortable, plenty of room, two King sized beds and we each had our own bath! The screened in pool area was amazing, and the water was the perfect temperature! This home is so well equipped, along with very nice furnishings. It felt like home, but with a pool!

Perfect Getaway

This was the perfect place to have a vacation. The house had everything we could think of, from grill tools and a blender, to wireless speaker. Beach accesories of all kinds and even an amazing mattress, so you can get the best sleep. Thank you guys so much! We had a great time!
