The unit was very nice, clean and had convenient access to the beach, 7 eleven, some eateries and some shops all in walking distance. Our unit was 200C which was a little small for six people but suited our needs just fine.

Check in was horrible. Check in time 4 pm. We were about 20 minutes early & no one was at the front desk. We waited closer to 45 minutes until the supervisor arrived, after calling a few numbers listed, including her cell phone, before finally answering. Corporate was helpful but they had a hard time tracking her down. Once she arrived she was friendly & did provide an upgrade. But she waiting closer to an hour to get in our unit was frustrating & unprofessional.

Good family stay

Good, quiet place to stay with family. Short walk to the beach. Very clean. Nice short walk to food and ice cream. Note that there is NOT an elevator so if you have a big cooler for the family be mindful of which level you choose.

Great apartment in a great location

Loved this 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom apartment. Exactly as featured on the website. Great facilities throughout, including the kitchen which was well equipped and very useful to have a washer and dryer plus a dishwasher. Such a good location so close to the beautiful beach. We made use of the beach chairs and umbrella. Good spot for local dining options and shopping (we used our car but you can walk to a few local bars and restaurants). Nice pool area with plenty of sunbeds. We’ve stayed at other accommodation in the immediate vicinity and found this to be a reasonable price and would definitely stay here again. We had a wonderful 4 nights.

Decent condo, except for mattresses

Great location with walkability, Condo was slightly dated, but clean. Shower in king bed room leaked, kitchen chairs are not very sturdy. Overall, decent condo, biggest complaint is the mattresses, they are loud and the most uncomfortable, very hard, loud. I almost checked to see what decade they were from, thinking the 1950’s

Good location, not a comfortable condo

The location was great and very walkable to many amenities. When booking we were under the impression we'd have beach service; however we did not. The listing says 'beach chairs are first come first serve.' Which means there are some beach chairs and umbrellas at the complex you can take with you; however you're lugging and setting them up. Not what we were accustomed to. The condo itself was poorly stocked and the seating options and beds were awful. Lets start with the beds...first off, you couldn't move in them without it creaking and making noise at all. You also felt as if you were sitting in a well and they've been overused. New mattresses would work miracles there. The living room boosts one couch that sit 2 comfortably and some chinsy kitchen chairs. So, for a family of 3 we were unable to all sit comfortably in the living room to watch a movie at night. The kitchen was also lacking some basic supplies such as pizza cutter, scissors, spatulas and cooking spoons. It was also a bit dirty when we arrived as we found several dusty spots and candies still laying on the floor in corners of the room. We did call the management office and got a response the following day. They brought us some extra pots and pans to cook with; however they literally just went out and bought the cheapest set and set them at the door. We opened, clean and made them cook ready. They also came by to tighten up the bed due to the constant creaking however that only did so much.

This is our second year in a row staying here. Very clean, called ahead of check-in asking for a fan for our bedroom upon arrival there was a fan in room waiting, online pictures are exactly what everything looks like, location is good, easy check in process no mater what your arrival time is, they even made accommodations for a parking request we had, Yes we plan to stay @The Beach Club on Siesta again

Excellent location! Steps away from the beach, free trolley, convenient store, restaurants & bars. Only one parking spot so keep that in mind. The property is very cute, clean & well kept. The office staff is very helpful. Highly recommend!

Lovely place, better for a younger group

It’s a lovely location, so incredibly close to the beach and you can also easily walk to 7-11 or restaurants or the trolley. If I were in my 20s and going to the beach with friends, I’d rent this place every time. Alas I am in my late 40s and a mattress and pillow can make or break a vacation. The mattresses and pillows desperately needed to be replaced, they had no support left in them. We ended up buying extra pillows at Target which helped some, but not enough. Other than that, it was a great place to stay. Do note that it is a walk up, there is no elevator.

Very clean, nice rooms, great kitchen. Great location, nice pools, hot tub and close to the beach.

Great location in the south village. The beach was easy and the pools were great!

We enjoyed staying here and have already reserved for next year! Condo was clean and updated. Beds were comfortable. Located in the south village, easily in walking distance to so much. Each access was easy and although much of the beach is flagged as private it wasn’t far to the public spots or to find a spot in front of the flags.

Rooms just as pictured. Really nice for a family or a couple. We booked a 2 bedroom. Easy 1 min walk to the beach, food and decent dinning. 5 min car ride to better dinning and some clubs. Only downsides were the pool was really Hot! Like an actual 104 degrees HOT! And the walls are thin between units.

Very clean and nice condo. Off the main drag, but centrally located. Stayed only one night, so didn't explore the common areas. Only suggestion would be to update the mattresses, as they were not very comfortable.

Property was nice! Just what we needed for a short stay in the area. Small kitchen was perfect for what we needed it for. One of the seals on the shower was not working so water would leak onto bathroom floor. Bath rugs had mold on them. Besides that everything was great! Would rent again!
