We arrived after the office was closed. Our keys were left accessible to us. Very easy and convenient check in process. The room was clean and had anything we needed, and then some. Pool was clean and warm. The beach is a two minute walk from the room. I would absolutely stay here again.

We loved it! Plenty of space and everything you could possibly need. Best location ever! Walking distance to everything. The trolly stop directly across the street is very convenient. We'll definitely stay here from now on!

This was a great place to stay for a weekend away at the beach, the people on and hot tub were great and it was nice to have a supply of beach chairs to borrow!

We enjoyed our beach visit in this small but we'll equipped rental so close to the beach! Access to the beach was a little walk and it would be nice if umbrellas and chairs were provided on the beach side like the nearby resorts. Can't beat the location, close to restaurants and shops!

This is the second time we have stayed in this unit. It’s perfect for the two of us, we love the location, the amenities, everything. When we come to Siesta Key - this is where we want to be.

Unit was perfect for our 1 night stay, just passing through and wanted to enjoy the beach. Manager was very friendly and accommodating, unit was clean and well kept. And choices of pools was an added bonus. South of siesta beach and wasn't crowded at all in the 2nd week of September. Would definitely stay again.

We rented a room with two beds. The second bed was a pull out couch that was very dirty. It was stained, had candy all over the bottom and there were ants. The refrigerator leaked onto our food and we ended up having to throw it away. Our room was close to the pool and although the pool rules state that the pool should be closed at dusk. People stayed past mid night making a lot of noise. So it was hard to sleep and they don’t have anyone enforcing the rule. Washing machine also leaked. Expressed complaint to the office and they did nothing to accommodate.

The property was cute, needs more silverware and could use some more baking pans. It is clean and had a very comfortable environment. I did have a few nights where I heard people outside by the spa after hours. We left at 3 am to check out and there were 5 teenagers on the pool deck smoking and talking. Not sure if this property is actually worth the money we paid. I have stayed at other properties on the water which are worth the money. But it’s a quaint place and it accommodated us for the week. there is no daily cleaning or new towels.

Awesome time! The beach was not even a half bock away along with some restaurants and bars. There’s also I trolly that bring you up to the north village with more restaurants bars and shopping that runs every 20 minutes until about midnight! Perfect location with nice beach! And a dip in the hot tub to cap every night was awesome! The place was very clean with easy check in and out! Would definitely stay again!

Great spot that is literally steps away from the beach! So nice to be able to bounce between the beach and our room. Room was very nice and staff was all super helpful during our stay.

DO NOT GO TO THE BEACH CLUB AT siesta keys!!! They will double book you take your money move you to another room charge you for that one then kick you out. These people are horrible and complete idiots! Especially the woman at the front desk. The management is horrible and doesn't care about anything but getting money. Our stay was a complete disaster because of staff and management. They have no compassion what so ever. I advise no one to go here. They don't deserve anyone's business. They will ruin your entire vacation every single way possible. They won't admit fault, they lie about everything. And if you like poop stained towels this is your place!! Usually a business accommodates guests, this place makes you cry, and makes your vacation super stressful and I never complain about anywhere but I am hoping this will save you from a nightmare and headache

The place where we stayed was clean, perfectly equipped with essentials, and the staff were kind! We had a great stay and the location was exactly where we wanted to stay on the island (close to beach access 12). We were very happy with our experience and recommend staying here for a fun, casual vacation.
