Great location, not so great accommodations

The location of this VRBO is great. It is truly within a two minute walk to pristine Gulf waters. The check in process is easy and the unit was ready upon our arrival.Our unit was fairly run down and there were several issues: dust in several places such as ceiling fans and on top of the fridge, clogged kitchen sink with a food disposal that wouldn’t work, iron table that wouldn’t fully close (this is an issue since it has to stay open and the place is not huge), the sofa bed is in extremely bad shape and almost impossible to sleep on it, and the range glass was fractured, making it dangerous to cook on. The worst issue of all was the pool. It was moldy and the water level was well below the skimmer level. A big reason why we rented this place was to be able to enjoy the pool in the evenings after a full day of beach activities. Needless to say, it was very disappointing. Conclusion: we will continue to go back to Siesta Key but will not be staying at The Beach Club.

Beach location was convenient. Rooms are nothing fancy or clean. The pool and hot tub weee not clean. Lots of noise filters into room from outside and other neighboring rooms.

Nice Getaway

I searched online and found this place for me and my teenage sons during their spring break. The layout of the Beach Club was good, just steps to the beach, and restaurants, bars, and convenience store all within a block or two. We also enjoyed the pool and hot tub, and we agreed we would stay here again.

Beach wedding stay

Property is nice, location - excellent. Not a lot of free space in unit. We had 3 adults & 2 children (4 & 1 yr) & spent a good bit of time tripping over one another but intentions weren’t to be spending a lot of time in unit. We all had a great time at pool, lots of complimentary items to use at beach! We had family booked in several units on property & the grilling area at pool was nice for all of us to have a cookout night.

I loved the property and the pool area was really nice but the room was dirty I had to ask for cleaning products to clean the place before my family got there .

Pleasant experience

The pool needs to have the filter run more frequently, cleaned the pool myself with the net every day. Otherwise everything was excellent and would highly recommend. In addition, the location cant be beat!

Overnight stay for a baseball tournament

Was a very short stay, but so relaxing. Enjoyed our stay, quiet and relaxing. Staff was great, Jamie checked us in, was super nice and very helpful. Family all wants to come back for a week long stay now.

Finished up my cruise with 2 nights Sarasota Everything was great except the washing machine was broken, and the pull out couch was broken and had a lot of difficulty opening up.

Great location

This was a very cute condo, with a quick 2 min walk to the beach. Had everything we needed for our short stay and it was on the quiet side of Siesta near Point of Rocks where you can snorkel. Only downside and why I gave it 4 stars is that our AC stopped working the last day there and it was sweltering hot in the Condo...some of the windows we had to prop open with book because they wouldn't stay open. By the time we got back to condo it was after 10pm. I called emergency number but they stated they couldn't send anyone out to look at it because no one was available. Needless to say, no one slept that night because it was so hot.

Great location

The place needed to be painted. Scuff marks on all walls. Bathroom in master need a few minor repairs. The set up of the living room is kinda weird. But overall the location couldn’t be better.

Great location!

The Beach Club is in a nice location with a convenient walk to restaurants, shops, & especially the beach! The condo itself could use some new cookware, especially a frying pan, and a few basic things for meal prep, like measuring spoons, salt, & pepper, etc. The only complaint we had was the loud pool activity on the weekends until 1 or 2 a.m. Security would be a good addition for the accommodations. If we stay there again, it would not be in a condo next to the pool area. However, the pool was amazing!

Siesta Key Stay

Black mold in both showers. Bathroom shower off kitchen had to be snaked as ankle-deep water accumulates during brief shower. Was better but only marginally. Refrigerator handle EXTREMELY loose - even after “repair”. Bottom side of kitchen table gross. Dishwasher not working. Walls very dirty needing painting. And deep chunks of drywall missing near shower enclosure.

Loved the location. Property was good but could have been great with a little attention. Refrigerator door handle mentioned in previous reviews is still loose. Faucet handle in primary shower needed repair. Just a little attention to detail would make a big difference. Several scuff marks on walls may have only needed to be cleaned off. The dishware and utensils get moved between units by guests, I think staff could just take a quick check when cleaning and replace what is missing. That being said I do know that while we were there they were replacing furniture in one unit, had recently replaced TV in ours and are planning to replace Refrigerators. Because are we very nice and quick walk away. Construction noise was not terribly bothersome.

Sweet stay on Siesta Key!

We really enjoyed our stay at Beach Club! Loved the pool & hot tub and the accessibility to the beach. We stayed in Unit 108D. I would say the only two drawbacks were that we had no closet in our bedroom (no where to put suitcases and bags) and we wished there were loungers to use on the beach (not carry the beach chairs with us each time we went). All in all it was a wonderful stay with friends!! And we had wonderful weather too (Jan 15-22)! Can’t beat Siesta Key for a beach vacation!!

Great stay

We had a great weekend in Siesta Key. We were there just to enjoy the warm weather for a few days and did just that. The pool at the condo is very cute but we were glad to have access to the pool across the street since it had more sun over there. The property was very cute and clean. We walked to the restaurant and a few other places near by and had a great time.
