Beach Club at Siesta Key

The listing was accurate. The apartment was clean and the location steps from the beach. Trolley was also steps away to take you up or down Midnight Pass. We had a lovely time and would recommend this location.

Great Location

We really enjoyed our stay. The location of the property was the best feature of this property. We loved the area is Siesta Key where this property is located. The pool was great. The beach was beautiful but disappointing. The beach was full of seaweed that never got cleaned up. We were disappointed that the city or the resorts never cleaned up. We would stay again. Everyone was very friendly and polite.

Short walk to beach

Nice clean property. Updated it is small. Be aware that the private beach is extremely tiny—maybe 10-15 yards across. Chairs and umbrellas are provided. The beach is beautiful and you can walk to the public beach which is more spacious.

Great location and clean!

The location was perfect! It was a short walk to the beach as well as some of our favorite restaurants and stores. We were in town for a family wedding. The space was perfect for my husband and I and 2 adult children. The area is quiet, however the footsteps in the unit above is quite loud. The space was very clean with ample towels, bedding, some t.p, trash bags and papertowels. The stackable washer/dryer was handy to have and the kitchen was well supplied with basic needs. The office staff reached out about a couple things and they were very kind and helpful!

Clean 2-bed, 2-bath property. Close to beach. TVs in both bedrooms and living room. Some kitchen utensils worn. Dishwasher doesn't work so well. Overall a nice property.

Amazing trip

This was our first trip to Siesta Key and it was awesome. Location to beach was within a 2 minute walk, because chairs and umbrella was provided. The trolly stop was at then end of the street as well as activities/restaurants within walking distance. We will definitely be back

Perfect Location Unit #106A

We loved our stay at this condo. Positives: The location could not be any better. 1 minute walk to the Crescent beach (perfect beach), pool 1 minute walk as well. Several restaurants within a short walk, including two ice cream shops, outdoor music/bar scenes, a small general store. Location is A+. Location really felt safe, also it was quiet and private with all the overhead trees. Size of the rental was great for our family of 4. We also had a sizable outdoor porch to sit on that was private and separate from other condos. Washer and dryer in unit worked great. Check-in process was quick and easy, parking is convenient right in front of the rental. Trash/dumpster is also very close by and convenient. Short walk to the free trolley pick-up to go down to the village or to the other beaches on the island. Many great restaurants and shopping in the Village. Or if you have a car there are tons of restaurants or any stores you could possibly need off the island. Getting on and off the island really wasn't bad over the small bridge and it was a short drive to the major hwys to get to Sarasota, airport or go south to see other cities and beaches. Now the short list of negatives: The dishwasher is in serious need of an upgrade. The silverware basket is completely broken through in places causing the silverware to fall through unless carefully placed avoiding the holes. We ended up having to hand-wash the dishes since they did not get cleaned. Also the kitchen sink faucet is stuck on the spray setting causing water to spray all over the person washing the dishes- not a deal breaker but not ideal. The bed in the secondary bedroom at the front of the condo really needs a new mattress. It is terribly sunken down the middle and two people sleeping on it ended up rolling into each other. Very uncomfortable to sleep. The mattress in the back/master bedroom is perfect and very comfortable. All in all the location is what makes this rental a great place. If the dishwasher and mattress gets replaced we would love to stay here again.

Relaxing weekend away

The process was seamless from beginning to end. Check in and check out were very straight forward. The property was very nice. It was very nice that they had chairs and umbrellas available for renters use. I would 100% stay here again.

Loved the location (a few miles from the Village, and near restaurants) and the property overall. Spacious enough for 2 adults and 3 small children. Very clean! We were very close to the beach and had private access, but preferred the public beach. Minimal issues included: Having a washer and dryer was so needed, by the dryer took multiple cycles to actually dry the loads. The bedroom at the entry had a very uncomfortable mattress, while the "master" mattress was very great. The patio was fantastic to have, but the outdoor furniture was very worn and the back leg of the sofa was propped up because it was badly damaged. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would return!

A GREAT choice!

We had a blast. Loved that the beach was just steps away. Perfect spot with nearby entertainment and restaurant options. There was no need to move the car. Host was amazing and the property includes everything you may need during your stay. Will return! Thanks!!!
