Great location nice neighborhood beautiful beach access

Check in process with easy, great location peaceful neighborhood and fantastic semi private beach access. Beds a little uncomfortable, dishwasher not great, fairly clean, plenty of towels for inside use and beach, plus semi decent beach chairs and umbrellas. Overall would stay again.

Great place, great people. Unit was clean and had everything we needed for an excellent vacation. The only issue is limited beach space near the resort and a minor issue with buffering on all the televisions but I cant complain too much...fun time.

Nice place but

This is a very nice small condo. Two bedrooms and a sitting room/kitchen. Two bathrooms. It worked for a quick visit for Siesta Key. The only issues were the windows had lights stationed right on the other side and light poured in at night. The blinds/ curtains on the windows did nothing to keep the light out. So it felt like day in the middle of the night. Sleep was difficult because of that. Then the kitchen was poorly stocked. It was hard to cook anything without any tools. We had to go to target to purchase a few tools to help make it easier to cook. Otherwise it’s a nice place to stay.

I have stayed at this place a couple of times. The property is really nice and clean and very convenient to beach and food. Yes I would stay again. We did find a pile of fake nails on the bottom of the lamp and also a pacifier on the floor. Our last day we came back from the beach and it was a very hot day almost a 100 degrees and our air was out. I called the emergency maintenance number and it said to leave a message and will return a call with in 24 hours. We had a miserable night to say the least since our condo was 87 degrees inside and we had an early departure at 4:15 due to flight so I called once again to make sure they fixed it for the next person. I know things like this happen that why i said i would stay again.

Beach club review⁶

Overall it was a nice stay. I would recommend mopping the floors, dusting behind the bed. The amount of dust was gross. A previous renter must have spilt soda or something on the wall in the second bedroom that was not cleaned. Those are our only complaints.

Just okay

Location is good, but you cannot see the beach because of a Hyatt residence. Furnishings were bare bones, only one nightstand in master, only small sofa in living area. Water pressure poor. Bring your own beach chairs, the ones provided were not very good. Office staff, particularly Jamie, was very nice. We needed instructions for working the TV. Jamie came and set us up. All in all a reasonable place for the money.

Overall great location, pools and hot tub were great. Several minor items such as the kitchen faucet not working properly, damaged dishwasher silverware basket, kitchen and counter top not clean to start with. Saggy mattress etc. needs a little tlc. Overall functional….ok overall. Trash/recycle area was a mess. Some basic easy things to have in place for the price paid.

Siesta Key

Perfect long weekend for beach lovers. A very short walk to a gorgeous beach with beautiful sunsets. Lots of shops and restaurants within easy walking distance and a 7-11 just down the road for snacks and drinks. We took a free car service to Siesta Key beach one day but you really never have to get in a car once you arrive.

Family Vacation 2022

The location of the property to the beach is awesome— super short walk (1/2 block) and you are on the beach. Downside, giant hotel blocking any ocean view from property (understand this can’t be changed). Property is located a few miles away from all restaurants/shops, but there are several free transportation options on the key. The condo was actually a little bigger than I thought would be, which was a nice surprise, as there are 6 people in my family (we all fit and never felt on top of one another). Also, plenty of beach chairs/umbrellas to use. When choosing your unit, if you like sitting on a deck or utilizing outdoor space - pay attention because not all units have a private/shared deck area. This one has a walkway that wraps the front of the building. My only suggestion to management would be to provide a little bit more dish soap/dishwasher soap and laundry detergent beyond the 1 trial size. Also, all of the dishes were glass - no plastic. It would be nice to have some Tupperware options so you can store leftovers or take food to the beach. We enjoyed our stay and loved our time on Siesta Key.

Great Location

This property is perfect for those who are okay with no frills, yet clean accommodations. We found the grounds to be in need of cleaning up (overgrown and unkept). Excellent location to restaurants and private beach.

Loved The Beach Club!!! The area was the best of your looking for a great beach vacation. I had no complaints about the property the only thing I would say is that the area of the beach we were allotted was small due to the Hyatt residencies and beach rental umbrella and chairs which you can pay a fee for. The Beach Club offered complimentary chairs and umbrellas which was great! We noticed that after 5pm the beach was cleared and there was much more space. Next door to Hyatt is currently being constructed and I imagine that this beach allotted space would get smaller in the best future. We enjoyed our vacation and will definitely return!

The property could use a deep cleaning and some things need fixing, but overall it was a great place to stay because of the location! Restaurants, bars, groceries, 7-11, trolley, and the beach all within walking distance! Loved our time in Siesta Key!

Great place

This was a great rental overall. Proximity to the beach was excellent. There were restaurants within walking distance and the trolley stop was very close. There was enough room for 2 adults and 2 children and the kitchen was well-stocked. I will say that I was expecting at least a shared deck and there wasn't one. The master bed was also a little uncomfortable. But overall, a great rental.
