Beds not very comfortable. We booked as a family of 5, and there was no blanket for the pull out sofa. Got a random bed cover from front desk the next day. Our daughter didn't even end up sleeping on it pulled out because you can see and feel all of the springs in the mattress - horrible quality. Dryer does not work! Took hours to dry a load then was still damp. Planned our trip to be able to wash laundry at this stop. Had maintenence come. I believe all they did was use a brush to clean below the lint screen. Did not make drying any better. One of the toilets was not flushing completely upon arrival. We had to plunge it, then it was fine. Not a good impression within 5 minutes. Double sink on right barely has water flow. Both things cleaners should have noted and had addressed before next check in.Positives - great proximity to the beach & restaurants. Beach chairs, small cooler and umbrella stocked in closet. Conflicting check out info - sheet handed to us did not say anything about stripping bedding before departure. Email I received said we needed to do it. Had to get back out of the car before leaving and go strip beds. Teens vaping at the hot tub and going in it in jean shorts. I didn't go back in. Not what I expected for paying in full with no cancellation. A partial refund would be appropriate!I like the area but would book somewhere else next time.
