  • Sunshine Dream is a 3 bedroom / 2 bath house in West Bradenton. Grazed by multiple new updates including new crown molding, paint, furniture, blinds and more. This tropical paradise offers a king size bed, a queen and two twin beds. Enjoy gatherings on the generously sized 400sq/f rear back covered patio that faces south! The lush landscaping and travertine decking around the new oversized saltwater pool makes for a stunning evening grilling out with your closest family and friends with no hassle of finding a spot of shade to cool down from the Florida sun! The outdoor lights and pool lights create a stunning ambiance at night. Bring everyone in the family including your pet for a small fee! This vacation rental is located closely to the pristine beaches of Anna Maria Island, nearby grocery, shops, and restaurants, GT Bray Park is only a short distance away along with many golf courses.


    Accommodates up to 6 people. Minimum Stay Required: 3 nights Max. parking: 3
    Pet fee is $200 per pet plus taxes, maximum of 2 pets unless otherwise approved by FDR. Dogs up to 40lb are welcome.

    You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property.

    * Cancellation more than 90 days prior to arrival will receive a deposit refund less a $250 cancellation fee. Cancellation less than 90 days prior to arrival will forfeit all deposit received. Cancellation less than 60 days prior to arrival will forfeit all monies on account. Cancellations must be confirmed in writing.

Wonderful house, good location!

Loved the house! It was perfect for 4 adults and one 6 year old. Each family had their own space. Furniture and beds were comfortable. The pool and outside area are wonderful. Very easy and close access to the beach. Would definitely stay here again!

We REALLY liked this place!

We are 6 adults in our 60s and from PA. We found the house to be perfect for our needs while visiting Bradenton for some Spring Training baseball and fun. The outdoor pool and patio were perfect for relaxing in the sun and shade. We spent many hours there. The house looks just like the VRBO pictures and the listing is accurate. We really had no complaints at all. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. We would happily stay there again should we decide to stay in Bradenton again.

We loved the neighborhood and its centralized in Bradenton so it was close to everything. The dog friendly house was huge to us since we travel with our pups, so we are grateful this was the perfect dog friendly house for us.

It is convenient to a lot of the beaches, restaurants and any shopping you want to do. The pool was wonderful and I will always rent a house with a pool and this pool was fabulous!!! So don’t lose out, rent this house. The comfort of this home and the pool ambiance is great at night.

Amazing stay

We drove 18 hours to the house and the experience was worth the trip! About 15 min from the beach and never had a problem finding a parking space. Went to the beach from 11am to roughly 5pm ordered dinner on the way home and had a great dinner at the house every night and pool time after dinner. The house was in a nice neighborhood and very clean and neat. The master bedroom was a little hot, the air didn't seem to circulate very well in that room only, but that was the only gripe.

Nice, close to the beach.

Nice home, 10 minutes to the beach. Pool was great, would have been nice if it was cleaned during our stay. We were there for 7 days with two dogs. House needs more kitchen utensils, hand soap, more then one garage bag and toilet paper. Need to read reviews, master mattress needs Replaced. A lot of reviews had asked for it. Would stay agin, just know what to pack.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall we enjoyed our stay. The home is starting to show its wear. This is constructive criticism so that repairs and perhaps replacement of some items can be reported to the owner. Two of the three loungers in the backyard are broken. They look ok until you sit on them where the backs let go. The rugs and patio furniture outside are getting tattered and dirty. The primary bedroom mattress squeaks and the bedroom where the single beds are, are ok for children but not great for adults. I would recommend this property to a friend outlining to them that the photos are not necessarily the actual condition of the furniture.

Very Accommodating

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home is well stocked with all the necessities you need for a vacation in the lovely Anna Maria Island Area. This place was clean, beautiful and close to all things you need for your stay. The beds were ok.. my husband and I have back issues so these were not the best for us but they did the job. My kids enjoyed this home especially the beautiful pool in the back with amazing privacy. One thing I will mention is this is in a neighborhood where they just may call a noise ordinance on you if you're too loud outside. We had a police officer show up on Christmas Eve at 7:30pm to tell us a neighbor called to complain about us being noisy in the pool. Our children were playing games in the pool and enjoying themselves. There was nothing they were doing wrong they were just laughing and having fun. The police officer apologized and told us to carry on with what we were doing. Some of the patio furniture was rusty and broke on the first day my daughter lounged on a chair. They replaced it for us the next day! This was a nice surprise especially cause I and my two girls love to bask in the sun. The beach gear especially the wagon was key in providing all the things needed to enjoy a day at the beach. Some of the beach chairs need replacing however I am just saying this so the management knows about it. We were happy to use whatever was provided it was incredibly well thought out. In summary I would highly recommend this place for anyone to consider renting. It housed 6 of us extremely comfortably and we even was able to entertain our friends a couple nights with their children to swim. I will look to book this place again. Well done you guys!
