We have stayed at this location for a few years now. It works well for us and our dogs. Close to Legacy Trail for biking. Neighborhood is good for dog walking.

We loved the house!! We absolutely love being close to the Legacy Trail and were blessed to be able to bike there multiple times!! The house had plenty of space for us and we used the kitchen, grill, fridge, washing machine, and dryer quite a bit!!

We were very much pleased with this property. We traveled to Florida for our Daughters wedding. We were seeking a place to stay near the venue. We also didn’t want to leave our little Yorkie behind. So it was pet Friendly, comfy, a beautiful outside setting for the pool, options to sit in sun or shade. Fully stocked, central location, great communication with the Hosts. We wished to have locked the actual address sooner than 2 days to arrival, but that could be VRBO rules, so we find no need to rate less than the full stars. (Only for figuring out rides, times & such to Weddjng procedures)We would definitely go back again!The Host contacted us before we even left the airport, with a dear message and asking of our stay. It was much appreciated by us. It was just wonderful!

We came down for my sister’s wedding. The house and pool were clean. Check In was very easy. Very nice 3-bedroom and 2 bathroom home. We would definitely recommend this location. Very easy to get too.

Great stay

We split our time between the beach and pool. The drive to the beach was easy and the house was located near anythingbwed have to go buy. The house had everything we needed but a baking sheet. Was a great experience!

The checkin and check out process was extremely easy. The house and deck were extremely clean. The pool was nice. I’m not sure if we just missed it, but we looked through every drawer, and couldn’t find no pans for the oven. The sliding glass door to get to the deck was extremely hard to open, almost as if it was broken. We could barely get it open and had to wiggle ourselves out and inside due to it not being able to open properly. Upon arrival, we tried to get the TV and wifi to work forever. Come to find out it had been unplugged and we had to plug it in and then continue to wait for it to finally start working after a long day of packing and driving. Overall, the management was extremely nice through the whole process even answering questions before booking. They give clear and easy checkout instructions, and wouldn’t mind staying again!

Highly Recommend!

The house was spacious, clean, and perfect for the long weekend. We loved the pool and outdoor space especially for relaxing after a long day at the beach! Artem was very responsive, the check in/check out process was so easy. We will book again if available on our next visit.

Always a great stay

We are repeat guests. Safe neighborhood for walking, friendly neighbors. Close to Pompano Pickleball Courts, Publix, Crunch fitness, Legacy Trail. We like the minimalist decor. Spacious. Host and assistant are responsive to any needs and communicate if service/repair person will be coming (our stays have usually been around six weeks).

The inside of this house was not clean. Upon walking on the floors, our feet were instantly dirty. The main bath had mold on the shower door and around the window. The second bath had mold around the tub that had been caulked over. The pool decking was extremely dirty with peeling and chipping paint. Needless to say this got instantly tracked into the house. We were constantly mopping to keep the environment clean. We consulted the owner about the situation. He told us it was pollen, but we felt it was much more than that, we left early from our trip because we felt uncomfortable being around the mold for any longer than we had to be. Overall, very disappointed with this experience. Future renters beware, the online pictures are deceiving.

Loved our stay - our third stay hosted by Artem

We stayed from mid-Jan - Feb 29. Our second time staying at this location and third stay with host Artem. Our road trip down was delayed two days due to blizzards in IA. IL & WI. We had frozen dog food being delivered to the VRBO on the day we we’re supposed to arrive that we didn’t want to spoil. Artem arranged to have it put in the VRBO freezer for us, which we really appreciated. The pool is lovely and a great temp. Location is great for grocery shopping and the Pompano Pickleball Courts (went there for a few hours almost every day). We walked our dogs in the neighborhood, which is pretty quiet. Location is convenient for getting to various parks and the beach. My husband doesn’t want to snowbird in 2025 or we would have booked this same house again. Artem and Alina are great.

Sarasota Rental with Pool

The home was very clean and as described in the listing, we had everything we needed. Only negative is that the neighbourhood doesn't give you the best first impression, especially when arriving at night time! In any case, we didn't end up having any problems.

Could be a beautiful property

This house was decent for a vacation home, it could have been cleaner, and kitchen a little more stocked. It is a roomy house and suits for a larger family vacation. Outside appeal was not the best, as the landscaping and yard could have used some work. The beds slept great and there was a great stock of pillows/ blankets and bath and beach towels. Overall we had a grand time and enjoyed our stay.

Excellent!

Great location with shopping, parks and activities nearby. Pompano Pickleball about 5 miles away. House has all hard surfaces, which is great for traveling with dogs. We enjoyed the pool area a lot! Neighborhood is quiet with very light traffic, so easy to walk the dogs. Beds are very comfy. We had a great stay. Artem and Alina are great hosts.

Family trip

The property was perfect! Took a trip with my parents and my two sons (1year and 4years old). The property was everything we needed. Beautiful inside. Bedrooms a great size. We enjoyed the pool quiet a bit, and bbq for a few meals. The owners were friendly and easy to get ahold of. Answered any questions I had before booking the trip. We would stay here again 100%!!! Thank you for a great stay!
