Luxury rental on Lido Key

This beautiful, well appointed unit just feet from St Armand’s Circle was perfect. It was updated as described with an exceptional kitchen. Check-in was flawless. Bob was very responsive to an elevator issue he was unaware of and it was fixed w/i 24 hours. Pool was nice. Beach equipment also provided. Definitely would stay there again!

Amazing Condo in a Fabulous Location

Bob and Jeanne's condo is AMAZING!! It is updated, very well-appointed and in a FANTASTIC location!! We had everything we needed and then some!! Their guest binder is loaded with information. We were able to walk just about everywhere. You can't get any closer to the action in St Armands. We loved it. Bob was very responsive with messaging, easy check-in and check-out process. Perfect Spot

This location is so close to the square. The kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living room were perfectly stocked with everything you can think of including pool and beach gear. It was a home away from home and we cant wait to come back! Just absolute perfection!

Quiet but close to everything

Our 6th trip to Lido Key and this condo is as good as anywhere we has stayed. The owner Bob was great to work with and very accommodating . Very spacious and clean 2/2 unit that is steps from St Armand’s Circle and beach. Unit is well stocked for those wanting to cook. Comfortable furniture with huge TVs in living area and master bedroom. Pool area is very quiet and grounds manacured nicely with a true Florida tropical feel. Would definitely rent this place again. Thanks for sharing your place Bob and Jeanne - loved it!

Fantastic condo, PERFECT location!

Condo was newly renovated and modern, excellent beach decor, and you could tell a lot of thought and care was put into what was provided and furnished. There is no better location when visiting St. Armand’s and Sarasota. A few minutes to walk to the beach or the circle for food and shopping. Mote aquarium is right around the corner for a rainy day or sea life cruise. LOVED our time here and can’t wait to come back. Our only MINOR recommendation would be to have a keypad entry lock so that guests don’t have to keep up with keys during their stay.

Perfect Vacation Location

We had a experience renting this property. This property is close to everything you need and want to do and is quiet! It is a super clean place with a great pool! Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to go on a nice quiet vacation close to the beach, shopping and eating!

Wonderful Vacation

This was our families first trip to St Armand's Key/Sarasota and we had a wonderful time. The condo and location were amazing. Upon arrival to our condo, we could immediately tell the owners take excellent care of their home/rental. The condo is very clean, nicely decorated, spacious and well thought out. Everything you need is here. We have a family of four and this condo provided more than ample space. It felt like home to us, and we treated it as such. Our two children had a very nicely decorated bedroom with two beds and their very own bathroom which was important to us. The master is large with nice lighting and a private bathroom. Beds were very comfortable. The kitchen is immaculate with high end appliances. We did some cooking and everything one would need is available, so this was appreciated. The leather couch was very relaxing after a day in the sun. Flat screen TVs were a nice bonus. There are beach towels to use and even a rolling cart to take stuff to the ocean if needed. I enjoyed drinking my morning coffee in the relaxing screened in porch. The pool is steps away and never felt busy. Plenty of chairs and seating. We felt we almost had the complex to ourselves. There is even a laundry room available on site which is a bonus to have have just in case. As mentioned, the condo is in an excellent location walking distance to all the shopping, beaches, and restaurants. You really do not need a car, but we did rent one and having our own parking spot was great. We loved this place and area so much we plan to come back next year. The owners were a pleasure to talk to and they offer tips and suggestions in a very detailed binder. I cannot say enough good things about this hidden gem of a condo and the beautiful area. I give this a 5 / 5 rating.
