We loved our stay at the villa! The owner was always available to assist with any questions and allowed for a late check out as well. The house was well equipped. We all LOVED the location- right on the beach!

Our stay there was beyond wonderful. The house suggests that it was decorated by a professional. It is beautifully done. It is very spacious, the furniture is very comfortable and more than adequate. The sunset view from the property is spectacular and the beach view is available from many areas in the house. There are all the amenities that one can need. If I had to think hard about one thing that could change, it would be that there could be a brighter light in the Master bedroom for nighttime.Based on everything else, I would highly recommend this facility and give it the highest rating possible. I am grateful for having had the opportunity to spend time there, and hope to return for visits in the future.

Beautiful Place

We had a wonderful stay. Jim was always available and was on top of everything. Had books of recommendations. House couldn’t be in a better location. Wake up and see the Gulf with dolphins swimming while having your morning coffee is how every morning should start. House was great and held 2 families of 4 very comfortably. Pool was great and right next to the house. We felt like we were the only ones on the beach. Loved our stay and will definitely come again.

When you feel at home, but you’re on vacation

The rental was nothing less than exceptional, Jim made everything so easy, keeping us informed, giving suggestions of all his favorite places around town.The house was a true dream come true in paradise. Just steps to the sand, and a view you only see in movies. The inside of the house was decorated well, and very clean, Jim was even able to get us checked in early the day of arrival (we unfortunately were running behind due to our own issues though)The house was well furnished, and had a closet full of items to take to the beach. Jim even went above and beyond to make sure we had aCertain kind of beach chair in the house, and went as far as ordering new ones for us. Jim gets straight to the point when conversing with him making it easy to get answers without any time wasted, and his hospitality is some of the best I’ve ever had the pleasure of experiencing.We had a great time, I would recommend this property to anyone, and if we’re ever in the area again we will definitely be staying with Jim again!

Longboat Paradise

Great location. Right on the beach. Wide open floor plan with glass across the entire back of the house giving a phenomenal view of the Gulf. Nice layout and set up for our family. Very clean. It’s obvious the owner pays a lot of attention to the upkeep and maintenance. Last, but not least, close proximity to a Publix grocery store.

A week in Paradise

We were in a comfortable house right by the sand and the ocean. Furnishings and equipment were excellent. The pool was shared with other guests but never overcrowded. I hope to repeat the experience next year. .S. The only thing I missed was a teacosy!!track

AMAZING!!!!

WOW!!! What an amazing beautiful home right on the beach. This home is as described and the property owner is AMAZING!!!! He responded to emails and txt very quickly. He allowed us to check-in early which was amazing after a long day of travel. I highly recommend this home in paradise. We will definitely be returning.

Footprints in sand fade, memories of Longboat Key remain

My husband, daughter, and I had a wonderful stay at Jim's property on Longboat Key. Jim is a class act and answered all my questions promptly and thoroughly. He also knows the area so well, and he had great suggestions for restaurants and other things to do. The home is literally steps from the beach, and the beach and its sunsets are remarkable. If you are looking for peace, quiet, and beauty then this is definitely the spot for you!

AMAZING for body and mind!!

I wish I could summarize our stay with a few simple words, I cannot. The host, Jim Zili, with simply the best host we have ever had through VRBO or any other rental service. He was in communication with us the whole time in case we needed anything. If we called or texted, he immediately picked up or called back. He’s such a kind man with your best interest at heart as a guest. The house is stunning. The views are amazing, the people around you are friendly, we could not have asked for more. I implore you to rent this property. You will not regret it. You will want to go back year after year. I know we will!!!

Location was absolutely amazing!!! The views from the living and dining areas were beautiful! Very well appointed. Pictures are very accurate. Owner was very helpful and quick to respond whenever we had questions. A Perfect Fit

The villa was a great fit for myself, my husband, and our adult son who has disabilities. The house was clean and well-maintained. Check-in was the easiest ever. Being literally only a few steps from the beach was a game-changer for us all! When texting with Jim before we arrived, I asked if the unit was equipped with a shower chair, mentioning that it would be so much easier for us. A shower chair, still in the box, was waiting for us at the door when we checked in. Now that's service! We plan to book again for next year, which, I believe, is the highest vote of confidence you can give.

This is one of the most relaxing and beautiful stays I have ever experienced! The home is gorgeous and right on the beach with spectacular views and privacy! This is a great spot for families/friends to stay and relax, but also have beach or poolside fun! The owner provides the most proficient service I have ever received with great suggestions and always a friendly correspondence with any questions we had!
