My family and I have stayed in many, many VRBOs and this was truly one of the BEST. This condo was stocked with everything that you could possibly need to go to the beach, including the wagon, shovels, toys, umbrellas and coolers. The host even provided beach and bath towels, and provided extra tips to make our stay more enjoyable. We even received a lovely gift when we arrived! Truly if I could rate it higher, I would. Rene is an OUTSTANDING host!

One of the cleanest VRBO's we have ever stayed in. Rene was attentive and checked in on us. She had beach extras (chairs, towels and beach cart) that were great to have. We will definitely be back.

Amazing vacation

The location was close to the beach and the kids also had fun taking the very short walk to the trolley and taking a ride to the village shops. Rene was a wonderful host - quick responses and so great. The VRBO was recently renovated and she thought of everything we might need. We had family staying in other places in Jamaica royale and I felt like our place was the best!

Wedding week

Really enjoyed this place and was very well taken care of by owner. Rene responded back quickly and was very helpful. She even checked in a couple times to make sure everything was ok. My mother need oxygen machine at night and Rene was very helpful in seeing the machine was delivered to the condo. While construction was going on at the premises due to hurricane damage we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and higly recommend this condo. Beautiful condo and premises.

It was a very nice stay. The construction was a bit much but couldn’t be helped. All the extras there were very nice like already having coffee in the cabinet and the britta for the water. Rene was extremely helpful and kind thanks for dinner when the water was turned off.

Jamaica Royale Siesta Key

Such a wonderful stay. The apartment was clean and superbly furnished, comfortable beds, with all amenities. A 2 minute walk to the beach and 3 swimming pools. The owner was great and checked in with us. We are going back again, I would highly recommend this location. Very close to great bars and restaurants. 10/10

Great Property

This is a fantastic property. Clean, safe, quiet. A short walk to the beach. It was also the most well stocked rental we've ever stayed at. It had everything we needed. The communication from the owner was very good both leading up to our stay and throughout. I'd highly recommend it.

Fantastic vacation condo!

René has provided everything a family could need for a vacation at the beach! Everything is clean and comfortable and beautifully updated! The kitchen is stocked with pots, pans, dinnerware, utensils, even spices for dinners enjoyed in. Two queen beds in the second bedroom is perfect for our family of five with grown kids. There’s ample comfortable seating around the large TV in the family room with a leather couch and reclining loveseat. A big plus is the walkout to a patio with a dining table and seating for six. There are beach chairs and umbrellas and a wagon to haul everything out to beach. René is attentive and quick to respond to any questions or requests. We will definitely return the next time we visit Siesta Key!

I have been coming to Siesta Key for the last 8 years and the last five we have stayed at Jamaica Royale. This is the nicest unit we have stay at. Rene is awesome. She checks in with you to make sure you have made it and if you have any questions. I will definitely book with her every time.

Great Stay in Siesta key

We had a great stay at René's property. It was very clean and comfortable we felt like we were at home. René provides all the essential and then some! René checked on us to make sure we had everything we needed during our stay, and that we were able to get there safely. We love the landscaping of Jamaica Royale and all the nature that enjoyed it too. The beach is a short walk down the lush path from the patio door, where you can see bunnies and birds, and some tiny little lizards. My kids loved the stay here, we will be sure to visit again.

Fantastic Condo

I left a lengthy review in Rene's book in the condo. She was beyond wonderful to work with. The condo was clean and fully stocked with so many needed items. Things I did not even expect. Beach towels, beach chairs, beach wagon, beach toys, plenty of bath towels, kitchen utensils, a washer and a dryer in the unit. So much more than we had at last year's condo. Pools were amazing. We had a fantastic stay in Siesta Key.

Great beach and the Condo is stocked!

The condo was perfect for our family of 5; 2 adults and 3 teenagers. Super short walk to the beach, which was great to have a private beach. There are so many trolley stops to explore the island. Rene has stocked the condo, which is so appreciated when traveling to a VRBO property. We’ve stayed in places that have barely provided toilet paper….this certainly isn’t one of them! A huge thank you to Rene to ensure we didn’t have to worry about the simple amenities while on our family vacation.

Siesta Key Delight

Rene‘s attention to detail was amazing. She anticipates all the needs of her guests . I love how she checked in on us throughout our stay. You will not want for anything at this condo. The kitchen was well equipped. Beach towels, chairs, umbrellas available for use. There was even a beach wagon. This was our families first time in Siesta Key and we will definitely be coming back to this condo. Highly recommend!!
