Really helpful host

A beautiful cottage type property in a pleasant suburb. Both check in and departure instructions were clear and when we had a problem ( eg accessing Netflix) the host was very quick to reply and very helpful.The weather was too cool to use the pool much but it was heated to a pleasant temperature. Really more of a plunge pool than a swim pool.Everything you could want in the property in terms of facilities and appliances. Would certainly return.

Awesome Sarasota Pool Home

The owners of this Sarasota Pool Home have thought of everything you would possibly need to make your stay perfect. From the updated kitchen to the comfortable living room and bedrooms for the indoors & the fabulous screen enclosed patio and heated pool for your outdoor enjoyment. My wife and I really enjoyed our stay. The home is situated in a quiet neighborhood just a short drive to Siesta Beach and many restaurants, grocery and shopping plazas. I would highly recommend this for couples, and familys.

Fall in Sarasota

We enjoyed our extended stay. The house is well outfitted for a longer stay, clean and felt very welcoming. I spent most of my time relaxing in the outdoor lanai and pool. The neighbourhood is very quiet and the location is close to everything you need. Maggie was very responsive whenever I had questions. Would definitely stay here again.

wonderful vacation

We (with 2 children) spent a wonderful holiday time in the house. The location in the residential area is great. There was nothing missing. Even beach paraphernalia, such as beach chairs, trolleys, umbrellas and toys were available. The owners were always very helpful with questions. We would always want to spend our vacation in the house again. Thank you for the nice holiday time in your beautiful house.

Beautiful

We’ve been vacationing in Siesta key for 15 years now. Your house has by far been the cleanest, most accommodating house. The house was so clean. The kitchen had everything we needed. The pool area was also so pristine. The only thing we had a problem with was the grill. It read full tank, but wouldn’t heat up. The plumbing in the main bath drains (tub, sink, and toilet) ran a bit slow, but nothing that was a major problem. We loved every bit of our stay, and didn’t want to go home! Thank you for your hospitality and quick responses whenever we needed anything! Blessings to you and your family!

Such a pretty home, located in a lovely, quiet neighborhood, close to great beaches, shopping and dining. Beautiful pool with covered lanai - great for enjoying your morning coffee and all that sunshine! House is beautifully equipped and great communication with the owner! Love this home and area!!

Best Stay in SRQ!

This is our second year in a row staying at this property. I can't say enough good things about it! Comfortable beds, awesome pool, and a clothesline in heated garage helps dry out towels, suits, etc. This location is close to the beach and great places to eat like Millies, Walts Fish Market and Nico's Pizza. They are generous with amenities, it's clean (and I am picky) and a peaceful neighborhood. We love this house! Thank you again:)

Siesta Key Paradise

We have visited the Gulf coast before, but this was our first to Siesta Key. This home was a perfect beach lover's getaway. The location was great, less than 15 minutes away, & what a beach! Everything for the beach was included for us, so it was so easy. The pool area & lanai were the perfect place to relax, especially at night. the neighborhood felt safe & quiet. The owners were available for any issues, it was clean & had a real beach vibe. We loved our stay here, hopefully we can come out again in the future. Tina, Chuck & Jennie

Peaceful Retreat

My spouse and I enjoyed a welcome vacation at Maggie and Justin’s home in Gulf gate Estates. Their home is super clean and comfortable. We especially enjoyed the pool and lanai where we ate all of our meals and otherwise relaxed. The neighborhood is quiet and neat. The owners were very responsive and attentive to any of our questions and needs. The location, while quiet, is close to shopping and of course, Siesta Key beaches.!

Relaxing pool retreat

The home was in a quite neighborhood. You hardly saw or heard anyone. The House was equipped with everything you would need for a great beach day; chairs, beach towels, umbrella, cooler, sand toys for kiddos and wagon to haul all items to the beach. The pool at the house was the perfect temperature. The yard is not fenced but, did not have noisy neighbors looking at you. Great outdoor gas BBQ. The owner was amazing with great communication. We can’t wait to come back!

Very clean hone in a quiet neighborhood

Nice home in a quiet neighborhood

We had a wonderful time while staying in this home and the property owners were wonderful and quick to address any situations that arose. It felt clean and safe and was centrally located to many attractions, too. It could definitely use some higher wattage lighting and better water pressure in the master shower, though. Overall, a nice place to stay, especially with a private enclosed pool.

Just wonderful!!

We had a great three week stay at Maggie and Justin's home. The house was very comfortable and well equipped with everything you need, the location was ideal (short drive to Siesta Key and close to any store you would need - check out Detwiler's), the screened in pool was perfect., and the neighborhood was quiet. Maggie and Justin were great hosts, quick to respond to any questions we had.. We highly recommend this property. It was perfect!

Perfect location for family visit!

This property is clean, comfortable, and the host provided very well. The kitchen was well-equipped and, there were even some detergent pods and dryer sheets near the washer/dryer. Thank you! I loved the clothes line in the garage. It's hot and dry in there, so suits and towels dry fast for afternoon pool time. Smart. This house provided a perfect stay to visit with family and is in a safe, quiet neighborhood. Oh, and it's super close to Millies. Google it. :)

Wonderful two weeks in Sarasota.

Maggie and Justin’s place is extremely comfortable and peaceful and provides an extremely convenient base for all Sarasota has to offer, particularly Siesta Beach and the more southerly part of the city. Close to grocery stores for food needs. The pool and lanai are a great spot to hang out.

Wonderful home

The owners were always quick to respond. Well supplied kitchen, plenty of bath and beach towels and beach chairs and beach equipment. House was clean as a whistle Master Bed very comfortable. Perfect spot to unwind

This property was absolutely perfect for an escape from the winter weather. Everything was really clean, the bed was comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked, the heated pool was great, the wifi was easy to use and never had a problem (Zoom/Netflix/etc), and the neighborhood was very quiet. I tend to be a light sleeper but never had a problem getting a good night's sleep here, so that's a big plus in my books. Also an easy drive to the beach, plus there are restaurants and grocery stores nearby. I hope to return one day!

Beautiful and inviting.

My husband and I booked this property for our honeymoon as our cruise got cancelled due to covid. This property was so inviting and clean. It was so perfect with the pool and so much do to all around Sarasota and Siesta Key. The owners truly do make sure everything is perfect, they’re reachable if you need them, and you have everything you need. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone! We would love to come back next year with our two little girls.
