We loved our time in this beautiful home! The hosts communicated well and provided everything we needed. The pool water was delightfully warm, the yard felt very private, and we loved being able to bring our dogs!

House was nice, neighborhood was quiet, host was very responsive and helpful. It was deeply unfortunate that the pool heater broke while we were there as that feature was the entire reason we chose this rental but did appreciate the hosts efforts in resolving the issue.

Beautiful property in a great location. Very convenient to great restaurants & only a short drive to beautiful beaches. The property was very well maintained & well stocked with anything you need. The privacy of the fenced in yard was also a great plus. Eric was very helpful and responsive our needs, we absolutely loved our stay and definitely will return.

We stayed in this home for ten days and enjoyed every minute of it. The communication with the hosts was great and they made everything very easy. The location is very convenient to everything! The home was very cozy and clean, and the heated pool and private back yard was amazing too!

this is a great property it meet all our needs. The host was very fast to respond to all questions . any small issue we had was resolved promptly.I would stay here again. It was also under 15 min to everything you want to do or see in the area.

Perfect Sarasota getaway

Great house, centrally located. House was clean and comfortable, owner was responsive and had left great suggestions of things to try in the area. Pool was fantastic. Family had a great time. Would definitely come back.

Tranquil oasis in a perfect location close to all amenities, and attractions. Clean, well stocked with everything you need, spacious and beautifully decorated. The pool was fantastic. We loved chilling around it. The best house we have ever rented. Would definitely recommend.

Perfect Family Vacation!

From the moment we walked through the front door, I could already tell this would be one of the most relaxing vacations I’ve had in a long time. This beautiful mid-century modern is casual, cozy, and as inviting as they come. This vacation home had everything we could have possibly needed for a week away, from bath essentials to paper towels to dishwashing detergent. Plenty of towels, washcloths, and beach towels. We loved not having to bring beach chairs or umbrellas. Thank you for providing all these items for your guests! The only thing you need to bring is yourself. So convenient to great restaurants and beaches, about a 15 minute drive to our favorite, Lido Beach, and the best part was coming home to the private, screened pool. Our fur baby loved lounging in the shade while we floated the afternoons away! I can’t recommend this home enough and hope our family has the opportunity to stay again!

Fantastic Easter break

Eric is a great host. We had seamless communication and he remained responsive to our questions.The house is tidy, neat and is in a ideal location to discover the Sarasota area. The place is perfect for families or friends up to 6 prs. The state and tidyness is way above average i.e what is available in the category. Just one comment for improvements: we could use one more beach chairs and the existing gear need to be replaced due to the wear and tear. Also a set of big each towels would bring the experience to the level of perfect.We appreciated the welcome cookies, orange and water that Eric left for us for our late arrival.We give a honest recommendation!

Good location, attentive host, great amenities--this place has it all!

Family of four stayed here for spring break and had a great time in Sarasota. Saw a baseball spring training game, visited the outlet stores, went to the beach, enjoyed great restaurants, did a bike ride on the Legacy Trail. So much, so close! And the house was in great condition--the pool was perfect and everything in good working order. Host was very helpful and responsive, knows the area and made our stay easy and special! Highly recommend!

Location Location Location!

The house was in the perfect location. Beautiful Siesta Key was 17 min away and Historic downtown Sarasota ( a must see area) only 10 min. from the house. It was in a quiet neighborhood with a fenced yard that was our own oasis. The pool was kept nice and warm. Eric was fabulous with communicating with us. We had a small problem with the food disposal and he was there immediately to fix it. The house was such a cute mid century modern that felt comfortable.We also loved that when we arrived, we had cookies and croissants and a few staples to get us by until we could make it to the store!

Nice home in Sarasota

I was happy to find a nice home where we could stay for the holidays. The neighborhood is quiet, although it does sits adjacent to a busier street. The home was quiet inside and road noise was not an issue for us. Unfortunately I did not realize the amount of traffic in area so when I read close to beaches that was not exactly what we got, it was definitely 20-30 ish minutes to most useable beaches. I found it to be good location, we ate several meals in downtown Sarasota and enjoyed several parks, trails and beaches. Fully enclosed back yard, no grass. Heated pool with no extra charge.

I already want to go back!

The property is amazing! Clean, private, and beautifully decorated. The neighborhood is quiet. Once you’re in the house, it is completely private due to the landscaping. You are a short drive from Siesta Key, St. Armand’s Circle and many restaurants and stores. The owners we quick to respond to questions and very friendly. I am already trying to figure out when I can come back.

Amazing Getaway

This mid century modern house was charming in every way. The property was immaculate and the pool was the perfect add on. The owners were kind and helpful in every way and enhanced our stay. The location is central to restaurants, beaches and attractions. This is a 5/5 rating for sure. Highly recommend!!!!
