The room was spotless and exactly as described. The pool and restaurant/tiki bar were a great feature providing an option to not have to leave the premises. Dave was super prompt in responding to questions. The only downside was the jet noise due to the proximity to the airport, however this did not prevent us from scheduling an even longer (10 day) stay next year.

The staff seemed quite annoyed when we asked them to help us with our lighting issues so much, though that we didn’t bother to share any other concerns during our stay. The shower door was off track, and when you turned on the bathroom lights, all they did was flash, so it was like being in a disco The location to some of the amenities were nice though.. such as the pool, and the on-site parking was easy to access and I felt safe However, did not anticipate music at the tiki bar every night so that made it kind of loud But the little seating areas around the marina were nice

Really enjoyed our time in the area. The facility was nice, loved sitting out by the marina. The pool, bar, and restaurant were all very nice and convenient. The only drawback was being on the airports flight path...noisy at times.

Opened door to a wad of hair on the floor. Mess under air conditioner. Bedspread with fist sized brown spot. Pillows were less than comfortable - worn out. Shower had not been cleaned. Room had an odor of urine or ammonia. One bedside lamp did not work. Locks were outdated on entry door. No additional blankets. No way to sweep floor-no broom, etc. Floor was filthy. Could not control air conditioner without being too hot or too cold. Right across street from Sarasota airport, planes overhead all night long. Would not recommend.

My room was clean, the property was clean and the view of the marina was great. I enjoyed the pool and the drinks at the tiki bar. The servers were very friendly. It was in a good location with a short drive to my daughter’s apartment. Thanks for sharing your place. Hope to come back!

Searching for condo

Check in girl wasn’t friendly. I declined getting daily breakfast buffet because it sounded like mostly rolls breads waffles… I’m looking for omelet bar. That said she neglected to tell me that I could get coffee! Instead I was buying coffee at diner next door. The girls in morning were lovely and when I asked if I could buy coffee they told me it’s free. The restaurant food delicious! But the grouper dinner 47 crazy expensive!

Spring Vacation

Good for a short stay. Only issue we had was not enough lighting. My wife had a hard time w make-up every morning because of not enough light. Floor was dirty, if you walked around room in bare feet they were black. For the price it was a very good stay. Did call 0n-site manager # listed on Vrbo but never a response re the lighting.

We stayed 2 nights for my husbands Dr check-up. This was an amazing place. The room was clean and comfortable. The restaurant/bar next to the hotel was very nice. Good food, good music and met several locals that were very friendly. The view of the boats and sunset was an added surprise. We will definitely stay here again.

Convenient

This property is convenient to the beach and restaurants. Very clean and the check in was flawless. The Tiki Bar attached to the property had great food (however the service on one of the days was very slow). The two nights of our stay had a great band. The marina was very relaxing. Very close to the Sarasota airport, Owen’s Fish Camp and Cortex Fishing Village

Great place to stay!

We loved it! We could have used a few more towels but we were told ahead of time for longer stays to bring our own. We stayed 3 nights. We got 3 bath towels for the two of us together. We could buy more if we wanted but we made it work. Loved the view. Loved the Tarpon Tiki lounge and the pool. Very clean.

We were able to relax, the pool is nice. Being close to the tiki bar was also nice. You will hear the airplanes but it was nice to be close to the airport.

Beautiful setting

The room was nice and cozy. The view of the marina was fabulous. And most importantly, the bed was super comfortable. This was my second time staying here and ill most likely stay here again when i am in the area.
