Great location and room. This is my go to spot to stay when visiting the area. Nice pool, on the marina and there is a good tiki bar for drinks and food. It’s not luxury but it fits the bill. I will be back!

Wonderful stay!! Room was just as advertised and was perfect for my husband and I for a one week stay! Host was very easy to communicate with and made us feel very welcome!

We had a very busy stay while we were here, lots of in and out and moving about. The room was comfortable and the host was very communicative and helpful. We enjoyed our coffee on the patio each morning, overlooking the bay before the hustle of the day.

The entire complex needs enhancement/modernising but probably why it is 3 star as advertised. Would say it is overpriced compared to larger more modern hotel equivalents. Friendly staff in reception and bar area.

Fantastic stay

This property is very well maintained and the landscape is beautiful!! We enjoyed the pool and the tiki bar and grill with the music was wonderful we want to come back again.

Fun in the sun

Enjoyed my stay

I really enjoyed my two week stay. For me the location and amenities provided were excellent. Having access to all services of the hotel as well as being able to prepare breakfast every morning was great. I would stay there again in the future.

our stay was really disappointing! There was no coffee pot in the room despite the ad stating so. The walls were so thin we could hear everything from other rooms plus down the hallway and the noise from the Jets was insane overhead all night long.! disappointed this is even a listing on Vrbo

Great stay

Really enjoyed our stay here. Great location. Was easy to get to everywhere we needed. Bed was super comfy. Great view on the water. Kitchenette was great, only wished there was a toaster.

Perfect for a couple getaway

My wife and I loved our stay! Larry was awesome to work with. The room was clean, beautiful and close to beaches, food and the airport! The pool and tiki bar were awesome as well! We would definitely come back.

Great deal!

Nice quiet room with a marina view. The tikibar and restaurant are great. Right by Anna Maria Oyster Bar and just a short drive to everything else. Cool spot.

A visit to Anna Maria Island

We booked this spot as a way to check out Anna Maria island for the first time. The room was clean and cozy with a pretty view of the marina. It was pretty far from island but was still doable. If visiting this area I would recommend this condo

A room with an excellent view!

I had a lovely week staying here, its so refreshing to be water-side 24/7 with a great balcony to take in the breeze right outside the room. Everything was perfect, the room was immaculate, the location could not be better, the onsite bar/restaurant with a full menu is great (and they have live music on the wknds), and the host is the absolute best! This place met my needs 100% and then some. I will definitely be staying again!

Larry's condo/hotel room

The condo/hotel room is as described and has a beautiful view of the marina. It was really cool to see and hear the planes coming in/going out of the airport - not noisy at night - no worries!
