• Construction or renovations may occur in the nearby area without prior notice to us.

• Extra supplies may be available upon request, but are not guaranteed. Grocery and convenience stores are located nearby for anything additional you may need.



Guest Access:

Guests have full private access to the entire studio space, which is attached to the main house but completely separate with its own private entrance. The studio is designed to be fully self-contained, giving guests privacy and independence throughout their stay. The main house is a separate rental unit and is also listed for guests, so there may be other guests staying there during your visit. The studio and main house remain fully separate, and the studio is not included in the main house access.

🔥 Grill Information: A propane grill is available for guest use in the outdoor area. Propane levels are not guaranteed. If the tank is empty or requires a refill during your stay, guests are responsible for obtaining a refill or exchange. We are happy to reimburse the cost of one propane refill or exchange with a copy of the receipt.



🐜 Pest Note: We treat the property regularly, but due to Florida’s climate, occasional pests may still appear. No refunds will be issued for pest sightings, though we’re always happy to address any concerns.



⚠️ Please be aware that certain situations beyond our control may occur, including construction or noise outside the unit, temporary closure of amenities, utility or city repairs, or issues on neighboring properties. As these are outside our control, we are unable to provide refunds for any related inconveniences.



🗑️ Additional Supplies: May be available upon request but are not guaranteed. If you run out, nearby stores are easily accessible. Towels are provided for approximately the first 2–3 days of your stay—please use the in-unit washer and dryer (if available) to refresh them. If your unit does not include laundry, on-site facilities may be available (fees may apply). For stays of 5 nights or longer, you may request replacement towels, subject to availability.



Please note that not all listings include laundry, so we recommend checking the amenities or reaching out to our team in advance.



📦 Items Left Behind: If personal items are left behind and you request their return, a $25 service fee plus packaging and shipping costs will apply. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to items after departure.
