The fully equipped kitchen boasts granite countertops, stainless appliances, and everything you need to whip up anything from a lazy day breakfast or an impressive five course dinner for guests! Dine indoors or out! The indoor dining table seats four with additional seating for two at the breakfast bar. The kitchen opens onto an upper deck overlooking the tropical backyard and pool, here you can dine al-fresco, with seating for 6.

The Master bedroom offers a lovely King bed, and mounted flat screen TV. The second bedroom offers two Twin beds. To add to the stress free assurance while on vacation, this home features our professional linen service with crisp high end linens and towels fresh for every arrival!

This home is part of a duplex, but you'll have your own private entrance, driveway, and yard. The only thing you might share with the neighboring unit is a wall—everything else is completely separate for your comfort and privacy.

Anna Maria Life Vacation Rentals will charge your credit card for your deposit payment. You will also see a separate charge by VRBO for their service fee.

Your final balance is due 60 days prior to your arrival date. We will send you a final payment reminder 90 days prior to arrival. We do not automatically charge your card for your final balance.

The instructions for making your final payment will be included in your final payment reminder.
